Congratulations, Quark will be added to https://coinpayments.net/

This will allow merchants to accept payments in Quark.

Thanks to all that supported Quark in the vote.

good question isn't it ?

I was having some, err, issues, and had to take the pool down.  If it was more active, I'd put it back up, but only a couple of people were using it at this point, anyway.

Anyway, due to lack of warning and what not, and because I'm a nice guy  Grin ... I'll take the payout from the last block found (removed myself):

and send 3x that amount to each of those addresses sometime when I get time in the next day or two...  (as shutting down essentially robbed you of shares from the last 24hrs or so)

Hello everyone. Me got a problem.

I try to build the quarkcoin-cpuminer on Ubuntu 13.04.
I do everything like it is written in the Readme. But when
I ./configure I get:

./configure: line 5534: syntax error near unexpected token `,'
./configure: line 5534: `LIBCURL_CHECK_CONFIG(, 7.15.2, ,'

I read somewhere that my libcurl config is broken and that i
should build from tarball. But there is no tarball available.

What can I do? Does someone know a solution? Thanks!

Try something like:
sudo apt-get install curl libcurl3 libcurl3-dev php5-curl php5-mcrypt

dont do that, this is retarded.

install libcurl4-openssl-dev and then do ./autogen.sh && ./configure
EDIT: if ./autogen.sh fails, install autoconf

Already did that. But now I purged the old package and also upgraded to 13.10 and
installed libcurl4-openssl-dev again and now it is working! Grin Thank you anyway!

Qa4gRRhbDD3aB85L6Er5kWKhJ9JxGiHPn1 here,
I'm sorry to hear this, I loved using your pool because it was fast, efficient, and payed well (at least for me). The other pools have been kind of a bust for me (maybe the newer versions of p2pool compute shares differently). But then again, my hash rate is low because I mine quark with the free cpu in my gpu rig. I wish you'd reconsider, but I understand if you prefer to focus on the more profitable BTC. Thanks again for providing your service and for doing it for free.

it must have been fairly recently buddy added info on his first post because we all know it wasn't there before Wink
There is no dedicated topics for the various miners now mentioned on page 1 and info about them is scattered over a lot of pages on this topic.
and the info on dedicated miners on page 1 is vague to say the least.. which is why the guy i quoted asked.. obviously
this is brutally obvious so it seems like your playing dumb to be argumentative or something..

Has the question been answered to your satisfaction?
If not; rephrase it so people trying to help CAN.
