I solo mining with 2140 Kh/s for a few days a go and find at least 80 block per day.
Try setting for cgminer expiry 4, scan time 20

Finally solved to issue @ http://litepool.eu/lebowskis

The cron had stopped working, i tried everything i could the past 2 days to locate the source of the issue but just located the issue now.

I am also on vacation right now so excuse me for my absence.
