Good to know. Who escrows Leboskis?

I'm kidding. I'm going to bask in the glow of my first solo mine for a day or so. Maybe make a paper wallet and hide it under my rug.

This is for my GPUs.

I used that config file, named lebowskis.conf and put in ..\appdata\roaming\Lebowskis and then set up CGminer for 127.0.0.1:8245 with that username and password.

Example of command to execute cgminer (at work so no access to my rig right now):

cgminer --scrypt -o http://127.0.0.1:8245 -u Damnsammit -p x

Hopefully escrow isn't necessary for trades. Anyone who scams lebowskis is very undude.

Also, make sure your Lebowskis wallet is open.

It is gpu, scrypt like litecoin.

I gotta get me one of those GPUs someday. Even with difficulty less than 0.1 CPU mining is slow.

The CPU abides.

Definitely get you a GPU.  You can probably find an old 5850 on Craigslist or eBay for under $100.

Of course, if you don't have a PC with a PCI-E slot it will do you no good Sad

I'm working on convincing my wife to let me expand my rig, but apparently things like mortgage payments are more important...

In the Lebowskis.conf file add something like this:

rpcuser=something
rpcpassword=something
rpcallowip=*.*.*.*
rpcport=9957

or any 4/5 digit number should work in the port space, pick one you like. Then restart the wallet and re-do your cgminer line like so:

cgminer.exe -o localhost:port -u user -p password --scrypt

A little known trick is you can set the port to whatever you want to via the .conf. Make sure the config's name is correct, its gotta be lebowskis.conf not lebowski.conf.
