You can take a look at the github for Bottlecaps. Specifically the pull requests from balthazar. If you have not included the small tx values stake fix which is the cause of PoS blocks with 0 reward you might want to apply it as well https://github.com/bottlecaps-foundation/bottlecaps

I would imagine they are dead. As I asked in the beginning of the coin, this was just for entertainment purposes. I doubt anyone will be paying any attention to the upkeep of it... if you want a coin that is stable, I suggest you move your hashes towards CAP. That was where this was cloned!

Well then I guess you aren't privy to all the new shit that's come to light, man. They fixed the caps, they will fix the lebowskis. I was just asking for an update. That's what you pay me for. http://dudespaper.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/02/dude-in-limo.jpg-The dude abides until they are ready to roll again.

WARNING: There are a minimum of 2 active chains for LBW at this time. One chain is at a height of 63567 at the time of writing this. The other is at a height of 65169 The higher chain will be considered the valid chain. If your block height is less than 65169 Stop mining ImmediatelyI will be working on getting it patched up before I leave town tonight but no guarantees. I will be back 9-9-2013 and have it fixed then if not tonight This is not going to be good for some people. the two chains separated over 15,000 blocks ago it seems Invalid chain:received block c6db6c62a25bec74cb52 SetBestChain: new best=c6db6c62a25bec74cb52 height=48123 trust=1174598002 date=08/24/13 07:09:53 Valid chain:SetBestChain: new best=00000001bc20a5faa994 height=48123 trust=1157820531 date=08/24/13 07:09:49

I'm experimenting with solo mining so I want to try something with super low difficulty, but my Lebowskis client can't connect to anything. Are there any current nodes active for this coin?

Waiting on a response from coins-e. Depending on which chain they are on it could be a real mess

Well the dude is kind of worried even though he abides. If I have coins (sent presumably before the fork if it occurred on aug. 24) in a wallet that is having the fork which is behind several hundred or thousand blocks. Do those coins need to be sent to a wallet that is having the highest number block? Or are they safe as long as they weren't sent after the fork? Or is everything fucked because they are in a wallet that's behind? A little guidance would be appreciated.

If you mined coins on the wrong fork they will be invalid. If you sent coins on the wrong chain but they were valid. They should be ok you will just need to repair your wallet to get them back.

At which chain is cryptsy? I spent some btc's (lot for me) to bought some of them. And now they delisted more than 13 days. This is not the best occasion for the exchange and for cryptos at all. Fix that asap. I think that after that accident this cryptocoin most likely will be dead. And trust for others assforks will be knocked down a little...

Are there ways to earn this coin without mining, maybe by writing?

Cryptsy is on the longer chain with the higher difficulty and the majority of peers. I was sent 1.8 LBW from coins-e to a wallet on a forked chain yesterday. It arrived and confirmed
