Yes, but not with bitcoin.
Some altcoins have bright future and they are very cheap at the moment, buying them and holding can make you millionaire one day.

That sound kind of what I think. I am wondering where lies the long term value on coins. They can disrrupt a variety of industries, but I am not sure about others. What is the value, let´s say, on the house rental market or even in insurance, since things tend to be grey and smart contracts are black and white.

Why do you think it won´t. Bitcoin has had little competence for the moment, but that may not last forever. Nowdays there are coins that in terms of mere technology are vastly superior in number of transactions, fees, ability to do PoS, etc...

Yes i always do hold some of my earnings because i think crypto's growth is not on the limit so it's continue to grow.See the price of everything in crypto like bitcoin and some altcoin the way they move are unpredictable and the transaction are going more and more.We can rely and trust digital currencies base on past few years history of crypto in this forum and in the wiki.

Yes, i have some altcoins that i get from bounty but until now thier price is low thats why i keep on holding them until they reach the price that i want before i sell them ,which will make me millionaire on that day that i sell all of them.

I guess is also about choosing the right bounty, which is in fact an investment of your time and in some way your reputation. Right choice = more benefit.

Yes hodling is fine, but not necesarely bitcoin. Maybe IOTA, Ethereum, NEO, Waves, XEM... I like to hold at least 5 o 6 nice well stablished coins because I think I have more chances of one of them mooning next year.

Yeah sure, holding those top 10-15 coins might get you some slow and steady profits, don´t try to chase the pump when literally every coin pumps every other day. But try to get some lesser known low cap coins aswell, i´ve been holding, XBY, XVG, XRB and a couple of others for a while now and I´ve made profits to say the least....

Yes it is, not all but most of popular alts including bitcoin is still good to hold. but short term trading becoming a trend as well so we can see that some people are going for exchanges and analyze it for a short period for some gains. for me both short term trading and holding are good techniques.

I will say the holding it profitable but the altcoin you have choosen should be the good coin and should be potential coin in the market for getting the huge returns. Most of the cheap altcoins used to dump in the market.
So you have check the correct which will increase in future that is what everyone expect while they want to hold the cryoto currency.

If you hold that much coins and those that has potential then you are able to make enough to be a millionaire. Like those people who bought bitcoins at the earliest time and they just held it for a very long time, those people who held hundreds to thousands of bitcoins now are very rich and millionaire so it can happen too with other coins too.

HODLing is still very much a relevant method to making gains.  Of course, one can play the market on a more day to day basis and also make gains, and take losses, but by keeping valuable coins long term, the potential for profits greatly increases.  The problem comes in when people allow FOMO and FUD to guide their trades, HODLing prevents these emotional trades and preserves the inevitable wealth of more valuable coins.

You will get more profit by holding  but its more good if you hold it or trade it for a short term then buy again if token or bitcoins will decrease i thnk you will get more profit if you do this.

hold are for long term investors and usually for people who doesnt have a good understanding about technical analysis, holding for long term for something you believe is great, but theres a risk of being suck up if its only a.bubble, technical analysis are prone to losses especially without good plan and discipline. either way is okay as long as you keep your emotions in check, and do decision calmly.

Its really nice to hear that your patience of holding has paid you the multiple times returns and hope so that in coming years you would earn more . Majorly if you hold the good coins you will get very good returns in long term and btc has proved this year that if you patiently wait you will become millionaire.
