Now, I know there is some life after RX580 bios / modding on Navi /Big Navi cards.. This seems like this tool mods the powertables (in memory) as opposed to flashing the BIOS I maybe wrong tho.. will see.. Research continues.. 

Note, I have Samsung GDDR6 Memory Smiley So ,this is great news, idk if these cards come in any other flavour memory chips like my old 580's Hynix/Micron/Elphidia/Samsung..

Now to get these thing running on PhoenixMiner.

92w + 30e - 40w = 120e - 130w. You can´t take the wattage from the miner software -> it is wrong, you must add 30 - 40w per RX card. I can reach the 34mh also with some of my RX570, so nothing special. And 620w from the wall with 4 gpus is also nothing special. I can reach 800w with 6 GPU´s.

<If -resetoc enabled> Does this setting mean that the OC settings in the config.txt will be ignored? Another word will it run the cards at stock regardless of what settings are in the config.txt.?
OR does this setting work <If -resetoc is enabled> by clearing any previous OC settings BEFORE launching the actual mining config and running the process THEN reapplies the clocks/mem & voltage...

- Final question about -resetoc,  Can this be applied per GPU or ALL detected under "-d 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11"
1. No... Yes... -resetoc resets OC at miner startup, if the miner crashes or gets force closed the OC wound be reset and stay active. If you reboot a hole Rig, the OC wound last, a booting system/os would load the GPUs bios values, that's the reason for bios modding...
2. No... There is no need to -resetoc per GPU, what for? you apply OC per Gpu, so resetting all is totally fine if needed...

Wil post speeds/config once sorted and any tweaking /tools/guides I can manage to find.
Don't! This is a development Threat, this is totally the wrong place for learning or sharing how to configure miners or gpus... Report bugs, ask for features, download new versions from the first post... If you wanna chat use https://www.reddit.com/r/EtherMining/... You wrote massive post, you even do double posts, that's not what this is Threat is meant for...

In my setting, every 30 seconds, "main Eth: Accepted shares (# of shares)" is recorded in the log. Does the number include shares found during "DevFee" or not?

I found answer for myself - No, the accepted shares doesn't include DevFee share. I did this by analyzing a log file running for 24 hours and counted all numbers of ETH share and DevFee share.

Eths DAG file which the gpu must put in its Vram is bigger than 4GB now and growing.
You can do ETC, Ergo, VTC, CCX, BTG.  Just has to be a coin with algo that still works on only 3gb or less vram.

The official release version was updated to 5.9d because we fixed some regression bugs that were introduced in 5.9b, and 5.9c. You can download PhoenixMiner 5.9d from the first post of this thread.

The changes in this release (since 5.9c) are:

  • Fixed issues with AMD RX6700XT with older drivers
  • Other small fixes


Any chance for partial LHR unlock in the next versions?

Hello,
using your Miner on PC, wanted to use it on Laptop, but it can't manage full load (not sufficient cooling is possible) of GPU (GTX 1660ti m), i tried the given Functions of  <-li, -mi > but could not get the miner to go easier on the GPU,
any ideas how to reduce mining speed, but use like 60 % of GPU LOAD?
GPU has no Power tuning in MSI Afterburner. Tried Core and Memory to set max negative, didn't work.

This morning two different users posted a 6.0 version of this miner.
I noticed both posts got deleted so I guess they were spammers.

Sadly I downloaed and launched that 6.0 version.

I didn't mine because I got an error saying there was a problem with my drivers, advising me to go back to the 5.5c version.

Now I deleted it but I'm worried I could have installed some kind of virus in my pc.

Does someone knows what was that supposed 6.0 version?

I know it's clearly a fake version, but what was supposed to do? Maybe just to mine for another wallet instead of mine?

I mostly need to know if my passwords and everything in my pc could be compromised, or if I'm fine by just deleting it.

By the way, windows didn't find any virus. That's weird considering that the official phoenixminer gets blocked by Chrome and by windows because they see it as a threat.

Phoenixminer is far behind on all fronts unfortunately with other miners, in itself phoenixminer is a good miner but should be in the front and not at the back has anyone tried these mining softwares with even lower devfee 0.5 % than PM and experiences with them BZMiner and TeamBlackMiner
