I'm not sure the options bfgminer uses, I've never used it. I don't see stratum being needed on coinex, so try either "zet.mining.coinex.pw:80" or use http:// in front.

Change your username and password immediately. You don't want to post that here.

Why you gonna mine for him?

I'm using bfgminer too and I've added --scan-time 5 --expiry 30 because I think it's better for mining fast coins like ZET is. Same should apply to cgminer.

What do you guys think?

I'd be interested in the answer to that as well Smiley I'm just running bfgminer with the defaults so if I can improve performance i'd love to hear.

It is useless. It makes you to get more work units and never test full nonce. Better way is to make full nonces when it is possible and wait for LP/WR from pool to get new work when it is required.
This will not help you improve hash rate.

I don't think they're implying it improves hash rate. The question is if changing those values lowers reject rates, I'm also curious to find out.

Thought I'd give it a try. Created an account at zet.dsync.net and pointed a couple of block erupters there. Checked back four hours later, miner still hashing away. Balance: zero.

There is a message on the site about how you shouldn't register because new accounts aren't getting paid due to a bug. Notice wasn't there when I signed up, but it sure is there now.

It's getting late. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow.

I have just narrowed it down to a problem that happened around 8:00pm est. any accounts created after that time has been effected. I am currently working on resolving this issue, but until then I have a EU server you can use. I apologize for the inconvenience.
