there will be a lot of people who will have a hard time accessing bitcoin if the place they live in has no internet connection, like some of the 3rd world country or the poorest country there is, internet is hardly used by normal people living there, so basically if you are poor having an internet connection would be the least in your priority.

They can use public internet sites to access Bitcoin to buy Bitcoin. But they have to use the bank if they want to convert cash into Bitcoin. But I do not think they need to convert them to Bitcoin because the money they earn is enough to buy food.

I can't foresee beggars holding bitcoin. We say beggar for a person who does not have financial capabilities to buy necessary things. Foremost for having a bitcoin you need technology which i dont think beggars can have, beggar should need atleast a smartphone and a little money for capital. It cannot really change the paper money, first of all not all countries or place have a fast internet connection, not all people knows how to operate computer or have even a gadget, so it is not wise to replace. yes we often find beggars like this, like to beg not because they can not work, but because they are lazy, and lazy people like this make begging is a job.
