If all paper money were change into Bitcoins, can it be access and use by everyone? how can the beggars access Bitcoin?
Well this is going to be ine of the problems that bitcoin will face if it were to be implemented in the next years or decades. Many people who do not have access to the internet or even with any technological devices would not be priveledged to do transactions. This is a problem that I see but I also see positive sides of it. With bitcoin being used, beggars will start to decrease because people would have to find a job to help yhemselves vmbecause it would be hard ti seek help from other people.

Beggars with the knowledge of reading and writing only can access in bitcoin because they can read and understand about in bitcoin through using gadgets and Internet. Even they don't have gadget because they are only a beggars there's a lot of place that there is an computer shop or Internet cafe that they can use to access in bitcoin.

As long theu have gadget and internet in other they can access the problem.is the mobile phone but inany country like in 3rd world country even getting a free connection on the internet is not possible. Maybe some beggars will getting a hard time when it comes in crypto but the government will surely find a solution to access all them.

If there was a way to make Bitcoin usable offline, then I believe beggars will have access to it. But the way I’m seeing things, such is never going to happen. And by the way, Bitcoin is just an asset and mainly meant to be used digitally and not physically as we do with fiat. It’s not a mineral resource that can be held physically, it’s not like those golds and silvers and diamonds. It’s completely different.

First they need internet access, android phone that they can use and lastly person that teach to them how bitcoin works. They need to study the bitcoin before anything else because it's risky you know there's a lot of hacker and scammer.

That's true, the bad guys are everywhere and the beggars will be always their target because they have money and to have a gadget for that the very needed is only how they can protect this bitcoins if ever and when they are not knowledgeable aboit this things and more importantly their life.

Basically indeed it's open to all circles.
For the beggars, need a smartphone or PC donors maybe if they haven't it.. or they can go to internet cafes, because anyhow it requires an internet connection. But anyway it's impossible i guess, if all the paper money were change into bitcoin, that's a small possibility, I think forever will be an alternative currency alongside a paper money.

Beggars can't just go to the internet cafes because most of the people are judgemental and they will probably banning the beggars for getting accessed to the internet cafes because they will think that the beggars will just scare the people who are in there. Beggars are not for bitcoin because they don't have the money and the knowledge to use it.

beggars are the people who have nothing but only their heart and soul scattering on the floor. they have no food, shelter and clothing but only a rotten and old ones. so, i guess they cannot access bitcoin because they do not have cellphones or computers unless some people will help them to have and teach them to know how to use it.

Paper money has existed for thousands of years and it is so convenient that it is difficult to be eliminated according to natural selection rules. But if the whole paper money is converted into bitcoin, then I am sure that the beggars can also receive Get it through a bank transfer or card scanner

I think the beggars will have difficulty accessing Bitcoin and Bitcoin will not be able to substitute 100% for cash, Bitcoin and cash will go hand in hand. The beggars are not economical enough to buy equipment to view Bitcoin information such as smartphones, wallets for bitcoin storage. Their knowledge will be limited. They can not use proficiency in Bitcoin trading. They are easily hacked and appropriated by hackers.

Though I do not see the work-ability or possibility of all paper money turning to Bitcoin for the economy usage just like that because of its Block chain technology. But where probably or may be such bounds to happen, the Beggars to me can never be able to access it just like that until they sort the assistance of Literates or specialist hand in the field for Assistance.

That is a big question on how they can access bitcoin but i guess if the government will already allow us to use it maybe they will offer another services  to the community to let anyone access btc in a very convenient way.

It's not easy to convert paper money into bitcoins because not everyone knows bitcoin and can access bitcoin so the government definitely considers everything including the use of bitcoin whether all can access it or not.

can you imagine before the internet has not yet invented, how can it be possible for the people to learn how to use it? Now picture it on the case of bitcoins. For sure people can always learn it , no matter how hard it is to operate but as long as it is trending or usefull , people will always find a way to learn it.  even beggars will do also strive and educate their selves as long as they can go with flow.

Bitcoin cannot be fully transferred to cash when there are still poor or beggars in the world, I think if beggars have no money to buy food or cannot get Bitcoin there will be Many people die of hunger, and it will no longer be a modern and developed world.

It will take a long to to convert the use of paper money into bitcoins and not all of the is people have knowledge in bitcoin or recognize bitcoin because we spend hard time earning paper money. And beggars can access bitcoin if the only have access to the internet or have some knowledge using the internet.

I don't ever think beggards can access bitcoin because bitcoin requires gadget and internet to access it. Never comes to my mind if beggars can have it unless there is kind person who will give him gadget and share password of his wifi to help the beggar to earn.

I think beggars will be fully depends on both government and the private sectors organizations for the poor because obviously becoming a beggar means no or very less educational attainment at all in which computer literacy is vital to Bitcoin transactions. You will not be a beggar if you will graduate in highschool or colleges.
While most beggars are like that not all of them are like it, in the past and automobile and they are not poor some people have found out that they can make more money on the street than the money that they could make by having a job, it's a very dishonest practice but it happens.
