Anyone is welcome to join Bitcoin and no degree of discrimination is displayed in the team. However, in my honest opinion it may sound difficult for beggars to access Bitcoin not because they are incapable of doing so or due to zero knowledge about its nature, because I still believe that their societal status does not define their intelligence and future. The challenges are on how we can educate them properly, to get their willingness, and to make them embrace technology and the functionalities of Bitcoin. On the other hand, we can in any way make campaign and workshop for these people to truly show our sincere concern and care for them that we are here to stand by our integral vision which is to help those in needs in making difference in people's lives for them to survive from poverty and giving back our blessing to the community.

That's why I do believe that when this scenario happens, everyone should make things possible; everyone can make money on their hands, everyone must have gadgets to access the said scenario. In short, everyone should be on average level of social status, no beggars, no poors.

whatever happens if it happens, when bitcoins replace paper money then the state has no authority to manage finances and maybe the world's banks will close, because everyone can manage their own finances and bank.

I think, first of all, after "all paper money were change into Bitcoins", the government will start an education program what will be aimed at educating people to how "use" bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies. Real beggars are so poor that they will not have a phone or laptop to make use of bitcoin. And fiat money will not be replaced by cryptocurrencies, governments will not let that happen. So, if you give bitcoin to a beggar, he'll have to swap it for paper money with someone who is into cryptocurrencies. But, of course nobody will give him bitcoins, you just give him cash.
