What this means "150 mln in commitment"? They have ~25 mln hard cap as far I know. They extented hardcap or this funds will be refunded to investors?

I am unsure what you are referring to but there is no increase to the Hardcap

Not all 107k passed KYC, it is expected to reach hard cap this week.

Essentia is a modular decentralized interoperability and data management framework. Which means, that it can work as the connector between various blockchains and projects.
