Business in OTC is hard to find someone serious and prices fluctuate a lot! CPU mining is already profitable for me at the beginning! So I'd like to get some ARO before most people know!

Why so many stale shares?

I tried all the pools and I always got around 10-15% refused shares using Java Miner.

Are you experiencing the same thing?

What is your Avg Submit RTT? (Find this information while mining.)

Code:
Nonces:  Attempted: 6  Rejected: 0  Eff: 100.00%  Avg Hash/nonce: 2867  Avg Submit RTT: 964ms

10744 ms... I suppose that is very high, right?

Yes, that's why you are getting so many rejects, by the time your submitted nonce reaches the nodes it's already become invalid

But why is that? When mining Monero/ETH shares are submitted in 60-70 ms. Even mining Iridium to Canada pool, I never get refused shares.

More: ping aro.party resolves to 104.25.12.22 and gives 11-14 ms avg 12 ms.

I'm in Europe BTW.

Different ALGO, completely different way of utilising CPU, that's why

There are one huge dumper who solomine on two wallets.
And almost every day he dumps tens and hundreds of thousands of Aro coins on the exchangehe. It's creates huge pressure on the coin price.

3HghQMrCeqLPYzMBWx2w4WbcUt3snaRTTrVdXTKkPAAcVHbyze4CQtTshhsmmB3iyqKpjdvMmzKZv1p 7z5ihq43C

You can find his previous deposits to Octaex exchange from these two wallets to an account with nickname Zean9400.
Also, during past 100 blocks #57473-57572 (as of time of writing this post) he found 44 blocks, that's means that his hashrate is about 100Kh/s. While total hash rate of all public pools - Aropool.com, aro.cool, aro.party and arionum.rocks is about 105+4+25+2=136Kh/s
It's impossible to deploy such huge amount of aws, gcp  instances to achieve 100 Kh/s on arionum network.
I'm doubt that he is legit miner and not any kind of botnet or something like that.
This  means that an unknown person is controls almost the same hashrate as all miners on all public pools - it's about 610 miners
Don't think that this is a healthy situation for Arionum coin.

Is he mining using GPU or ASICS?

The ALGO is both GPU and ASIC resistant so not possible. But if this is the case with this person, then he is running at a loss, simple as that which doesn't make any sense if he is dumping coins on the exchange

Are you paid troll or what?
Where did you see FUD?
This is facts, anyone can check out all this info in blockchain stats.
Don't act like paid troll.
By the way, at this moment this an unknown person controls more than 50% of networkand dumps hundreds of thousands of Aro coin on exchange almost every day, destroying coin price. Do you think that it's great for Aro community?

Is this person making a profit?  If so I guess they are just taking advantage of a coin not yet on the big radar.  If not, why would someone do this?  Just someone with enough money to do whatever they want for fun?

proof

Can I just say something about this so called 100kh/s miner you believe to be out there? I have been mining ARO since about 2 weeks after it was officially able to be mined. This is my "proof" of my mining activity with ARO -

0 blocks mined, in 6 months? Ok. I think you might get the point.

And that's what you're basing your "proof" on. So he mined over a thousand blocks, wouldn't have been hard in the early days if he was a day one miner. Even now, with 25 kh/s it's possible to mine 44 out of 100 blocks, incredibly lucky, but possible. Damn, I could mine 10 blocks in a row with my 500 h/s, again lucky, but possible.

Here's my theory. What if, god forbid, it was actually someone who TRADED in ARO and knew how to make money doing it?

And as to your claims of using OctaEx as an exchange as well? Sorry to burst your bubble but it's become common knowledge that no one has been able to withdraw anything for at least 11 days now.

It's not a Botnet, it's not a 100 kh/s miner, we know this because we can in fact see who is mining on any node, the ip and the speed of the instance they are using.

I can't explain the block finds, maybe the Devs could more than me, but all I know is that your only evidence is a picture of 1000's of blockfinds, when I have just shown you my wallet address with 0 block finds in 6 months, and no, before you ask, I do not mine at 1 h/s.

Let me give you an example of the cost of renting that kind of hashing power.

GCP (Google Cloud Platform) charge on average around $48 for roughly 200-230h/s for 24 hours, no matter what size instance you use, it works out the same within a couple of dollars. 100,000 h/s divided by 230 h/s = 434. 434 x $48 = $20,869 - A DAY.

Seriously, you really think someone is spending $20k a day to mine ARO?

You're claims that this person, and I quote

are no more than you sir are in fact trying to do, trying to create an unhealthy situation for our community.

This is not proof, this is pure FUD, something you were banned from our Discord channels for, because of your relentless accusations of wrong doing.

At the moment we are in discussions about the roadmap and what we want to prioritise, there are some things going on in the back ground I can't say anything about just yet but they will benefit the whole community. Look out for announcements on here as well as Twitter etc.

OctaEx is SCAM

I sent 260 ARO to there just to test, never actually could sell it even if it was selling within min and max trade values for the day, I got tired of it, tried to withdraw the coins to my Light wallet again, and have a pending operation since then.

I see how strictly you follow the road map, and soon will be the development of a wallet on the platform of the IOS, I would gladly have tested this purse. Uvas is everything agreed with the company?
