Yes, there are many altcoins are rising for this year. There are many altcoin that is really quality, specially their projects and goals. Really worth to invest for long term in some altcoins, just be sure you know when to buy and sell.

I think it will be a good year for certain altcoins but many will crumble this year. As regulation and interest in the technology starts to rise you will see a lot of shitcoins become obsolete.

Agree bro, for this year i am busy buying some little amount of coins which probably good for me.
I do buy some eth and holding this coin and i add also some certain coins that can give a nice profit.
So for now i hold my eth coz i know altcoin this year can give me a nice exchange.

Personally, I think some of the altcoin many are still good for investment, such as Ethereum which has a good profit and fast in transactions so I think we choose altcoin which has long-term growth and sees a really good project that supports all altcoin

You overstate. The average market drop is about 60% at the moment. This is a serious amount, but if we remember that the market is growing at 10,000% per year sometimes, then we will understand that we should not get upset. You just have to wait for a bullish trend and buy cheap coins.

you started this tread on early january this is the time all altcoins and bitcoin had rappid bullrun. but after mid January market suddenly fall down and during last last 2 months all coin markets are undervalued. ripple currently went down up to 0.7 usd. still you are thinking 2018 is good year for altcoins? i dont think so. i think bitcoin bubble will blast at 2018 and it will go down rappidly after thia consolidation. some time maybe down to 2000usd? what do you think..is it impossible? if that occurs all altacoins get down and will  make negative profit from all.some time this may be the last year of blockchain technology. cryptocurrencies really difficult to take  over fiat because of slow transaction spped and hi transaction fees. so i would like to label this year as highly vulnarable year for cryptocurrency investors

The beginning of the year is not so good for altcoins, they dropped a high percentage from the end of last year. However, I feel that it won’t last long, the market will soon recover. It started out alright but seemed to really fall apart. It may not be Q2 when we see a big bullrun, it might be later. Regardless, I have no doubt that 2018 will see a massive amount of influx with new investors and wall street entering crypto.

My portfolio is comprised mainly of altcoins, as I could only afford to invest a little bit in BTC, and wanted to take advantage of low priced alts to have a larger quantity in case they started rising. However I think I will start investing a bit more in the top 10 alts as well.
