I still need to set up an R1 wallet so there's no confusion. Will get to that tonight. We can use the existing R2 wallet to collect funds for the 100% upgrade at $43 per share w/ express shipping. I'll refund w/ no restock fee if we fail to collect enough (in about a month?) for the 25% additional cost to double our HashRate.

How much BTC is it per share? Probably best to wait for the R1 wallet.

If some R2 members don't want to upgrade I would be very interested in purchasing their portion of the upgrade. If you don't want to upgrade PM me or post here, I'm interested in taking over 2-3 upgrade shares at cost. Does something like this seem fair to the rest of the Co-op?

That sounds fair. Whenever someone wants to do a refund - say, during a family emergency - that could be the fastest way to have the shares sold.
Just please Carbon Copy PM me on any sales/transfers please so that there's no "he said, they said" controversy. Also, please include Tx IDs & feel free to custom sign the payment transaction if you want a transparent buyout.
I really don't want anyone to feel like they're being forced into extra payments, so please feel free to let other co-op members buy you out at-cost, with no hard feelings. Doubling hashrate for only 25% more makes a ton of sense but I understand if you'd like to back out.
==
Also, I heard from the seller that he saw the payment show up at BTCrow last night as "Received", and that he's contacted HashFast to authorize a shipping change, as well as to see if he can transfer the order outright.

Here's the payment details for the Upgrade: $43 per share. This pays for Express Delivery Early AM to Missouri and doubles our hashrate well before MPP could kick in at 3 to 3.5 months.
Here's the wallet address that's just for R2 Baby Jet upgrade funds: 17a29H9BhUnaPZgZSdFifPndGxxWQXayuH
Then please PM me the following:
Subject - DZ HF R2 Upg., 1 share, (BTC equivalent of) $43 Message Body - Tx ID or Tx ID link

Also, you *don't* have to ask for a refund or feel forced to sell your share(s) if you don't want to do the upgrade but want to keep the share. Copied from R1 thread:
As someone pointed out to me via PM: there's nothing that says someone can't buy out *your* share of the upgrade and they, the new buyer, get the benefit of the upgrade of the additional 400-500GH/s. Great idea!
That way, even if someone *doesn't* want to pay more for the upgrade, it doesn't hurt the rest of the R1 gents that want to do the upgrade & benefit from it.

I'll buy extra hashrate upgrades that might go wanting, if you can keep on top of the paperwork. It seems like that could get just a bit complicated. Here's for my two shares. I own two shares in R2, right? I sure would like to have links to all the spreadsheets so I can keep things straight.... I apologize for the late spreadsheet update. We're basically victims of our own success. In hindsight, I would've only tried to manage 2 GBs at once because I was still closing out R2. Don't forget I have a life too. Or at least a modicum at this point & I cannot afford to piss off my wife who's actually pretty understanding, all things considered.
I had to make sure we had all shares accounted for and we're several time zones away which can make coordination difficult sometimes.
The public code will be up in a few minutes and the Excel spreadsheet link will be available sometime tomorrow. Edit: Working on R2 code edits then R3/R4 code. Since I'm going for speed at the moment to get everyone updated & I don't want to screw up your wallet address when I'm tired, I'll only list your wallet in the Excel spreadsheet via DropBox link to follow sometime tomorrow (gonna surf in the morning though.

Sorry if this has been answered before, but as I said I have not been following the thread I can't find the answer: Is there any difference between the equipment being ordered for R1, R2, R3 and R4? Why are you so focused on R2, what is the difference between these groups?

Why are you so focused on R2, what is the difference between these groups? R2 is a batch 1 buyout from another user of a hashfast babyjet, the reason it was being focused on so much was because the funds needed to be sent to be sent to escrow so we can have the order changed to us. R3/R4 was run by two GBC's, me / DZ, it originally was 1 hashfast sierra w/ MPP and was opened before R2 was done because of the flash sale that hashfast was running. R3 ended so quickly that some people that wanted to be a part of it missed out and it was suggested we get another one so R4 was opened (no MPP). R1 I wasn't part of so not sure think it was just a day 1 order of a babyjet.

Not complaining, just trying to get my own ducks in a row. Since I ended up having to make a spreadsheet just to keep track of my buys and shares and upgrades, I can imagine how complex keeping track of the entire set of group buys gets!

It's coming later tonight. All of the 4 GBs have had their public code since last night up on the first page to confirm your ownership & # of shares. This code will be the source of our spreadsheet and will have wallet addresses added. Also working with Thomas to automate and digitize the reservation process which will help with any future GBs our co-op does. Going thru R2 upgrades soon. Here's my transactions on record Deposit - TXID: c4fdcdc3ad2d31485e9561c7b906429328560519c722a65fa7dab187f47c0dc1, 2.38396959 BTC Fri Sep 27 2013 10:26:04 GMT-1000 (Hawaiian Standard Time) == Deposit - TXID: 044ba68b24a2b0353667727e597acb8948b02faff574bee2c74cfa7b66a00348, 0.69 BTC

+ 0.687 BTC I already had in the acct. which just about pays for 1 of my upgrade shares.
Will match names to Tx IDs next. For the R2 upgrade: I count 9 out of 40 upgrade shares already paid for.

Sorry, I haven't been following the thread. I have 2 shares in R1, how much do I need to send, where and by when please?
I still need to set up an R1 wallet so there's no confusion. Will get to that tonight. We can use the existing R2 wallet to collect funds for the 100% upgrade at $43 per share w/ express shipping. I'll refund w/ no restock fee if we fail to collect enough (in about a month?) for the 25% additional cost to double our HashRate. Hi DZ, where's the R1 wallet? Is there a separate thread for R1?
