The legislation is being currently worked on in most of the European countries.
which business in the EU accepts BTC it will be down to the businesses themselves.

Europe, Japan, Canada, Isreal, Korea, US, Singapore are some major countries where bitcoin has legal status. There are many other countries like India, Rusia those are preparing a draft for bitcoin legalization.

Great. That's nice to hear, When it comes to Europe, all Europe countries accept BITCOIN?

Japan is friendly to bitcoin, but China is beginning to limit it. No wonder China is falling behind.
Actually, the Chinese government does not have a ban on bitcoin in its entirety and there are still ways to trade bitcoin privately, but I also think that China is inferior to Japan in accepting new things.
I think the Chinese government is to protect the retail public, these people can only choose the secondary market through their investment channels and they can not get the true core content in the information acquisition. If the bitcoin bubble is disillusioned, they will suffer the most.

Where in Europe I can pay a tax for my cryptocurrency income? Paying a tax for cryptocurrency income is a true legal thing for me.
In my country if I start to buy real estate I will be suspicious and saying that I earned my money from crypto is not prof for a tax man.
My country doesn't recognize cryptocurrency and I can't pay a tax for it.
You need to provide the country you reside in Europe in other to provide you the right answer but if you're from Belarus you don't need to pay any tax till the year 2023.

Well, after China banned ICOs and exchanges, Japan took its place. I am not sure what country is most friendly, but I bet Japan maybe the one. It’s pretty hard to answer as countries are different and they all have some pros and cons.
You can always check Wikipedia for more information about Bitcoin legality

Bitcoin is friendly in my country because people is allow to earn money from bitcoin. Bitcoin is recognized by some of the banks here so we can comvert bitcoin in to cash through banks. We have nothing to worry about here in the Philippines. We are happy that bitcoin is one of the our source when it comes to earning money.

Hearing these informations quite surprised me because they are all huge and influencial countries especially Europe, Japan and US. They are all first world countries and I think bitcoin has helped them in their progressive development. I hope more countries in Asia will join the legalization of bitcoin.

Singapore.    As an added bonus, no capital gains tax, no inheritance tax, and no income tax on interest income.   So your crypto profits that are converted to fiat and put into fixed deposit accounts (or whatever you like), all of the interest income is tax free.    Kind of a boring place to live though, but the perfect place to use as a piggy bank.

Oh my lord.. is this for real? If this truly is legitimate, Singaporeans really are very lucky! Imagine no tax for all these things! Whereas here in my country, tax is killing us! Bloodyhell. I wish i was a Singaporean.

Why do you think it is a boring place to live? From all the pictures amd videos i see, i think singapore is a beautiful place. And very entertaining place to live in.
Well, a lot of countries were just relying on tax, but the worst thing is that they are putting the burden even to the poor people, but we are all glad now we do have a tax reform incurred in our country, as a matter of fact a lot of ordinary people were now tax exempt and can enjoy their salary as a whole.
Fair enough not al people are able to pay the tax it is source of increasing income and money so if people of a country will use bitcoin then they will be able to pay all tax on time and I think government should allow people to use bitcoin legally. Paying of tax with bitcoin is also possible if bitcoin will become legal. China and south Korea is bitcoin haters and they have ban bitcoin but it will not affect price of bitcoin at all even now it will be more famous in other countries like America Japan and India bitcoin has very high demand.

In terms of economy, China will not let them selves fall back to other countries like Japan. Japan ia the first one to legalize bitcoin but China has the most bitcoin mkners in the world so I dont see them getting behind here. As far as I know, the ban is only the usage of bitcoin in their country. They can still use and trade it online.

There is no denying that Bitcoin is the most widespread in Asia. there you can pay in many stores using it. countries like Japan legalize cryptocurrencies under the Act of 1 April 2017. Furthermore, China is a leader when it comes to mining bitcoins and turnover from exchanges. There is no use talking that nickname of the Bitcoin creator reveals to us a little bit of mystery about which countries rule in the world of Bitcoin.
