Western countries are among the countries that are friendly to bitcoin and the rest of the cryptocurrencies including other countries in Asia  while some are completely against cryptocurrencies. Different country has their own perspective about cryptocurrency and maybe they ban it because they think it'll be a threat to their economic progress.

Do you think they are not educated well about Crypto market that's why they consider it is a a threat. Otherwise will they be freindly to BTC as you think ?

Europe, Japan, Canada, Isreal, Korea, US, Singapore are some major countries where bitcoin has legal status. There are many other countries like India, Rusia those are preparing a draft for bitcoin legalization.

Korea is not already bitcoin friendly, they are adopting some regulations and restrictions

Can we say Korea is not Bitcoin friendly as they try to bring regulations ? don't they do them for their own good and their country people's welfare ?

Where I live in, I can't totally say that it is a BTC friendly country. It's just that they don't look into bitcoin hard enough and just brush it aside when any news comes up. We are more like BTC Passive.

Not in all European countries people can use bitcoin freely, because of the new rules and i would not recognize countries which taxed btc as a friendly countries.
But mostly there still a lot of countries where is no regulations made for btc, I think we can consider them as a potential useful country where you can use crypto currency

Bitcoin is still a new concept for some countries, that's the reason they are "unfriendly" at the moment. Soon it will be friendly even in your country I suppose

yeah Agree , It will take more time more countries to adapt to Bitcoin. Specially developing countries will take more time than developed countries, Imagine How people who has no any computer literacy use Bitcoin or any other crypto coin?

Really? Legal status? I don't recall that... Perhaps they just avoid stating that they are illegal, that's a different thing. They just did not take any special action regarding Bitcoin. I would not call that "friendly".

The country where I live is not a bitcoin friendly country, and I know there are some countries , they are quite friendly for bitcoin. even BITCOIN exchange ATM machines are there. Actually I would like to know what are the most Bitcoin friendly countries in the world at the moment?

I also live in a country where the government is not really friendly with bitcoin. There are so many news of bitcoin will be banned in my country and anyone who are involving in it will get a punishment from the government but it is still a rumor since there is no clear regulation related to bitcoin in my country. I hope the rumor wont come true, because nowadays bitcoin is like a daily needs for some people in my country.
As I heard, the most friendly countries for bitcoin is Japan and Singapore. Hopefully my country will take a good action to legalize bitcoin.

Ukrain a former soviet Russian country. It is nice to hear a former communist country accept Bitcoin which means they are ready to accept new transaction technology..

I think you have misread the concept of "third world country". Third world countries mean undeveloped countries such as Afircan, Latin, South Asian countries..., Europe, Japan, Canada, Isreael, Korea US, Singapore belong to one world countries. However I understand what you wanted to mean. Thanks for your view..

In general governments are skeptical and want to maintain the satus quo. So many governments are against novelties and want to keep control over everything, especially about the income measured in the investments by their people. Governments are greedy for taxes and want to tax everything. Thankfully there are more liberal countries that accept and coexist well with new types of investments such as crypto.

US, they are working on cryptocurrencies legalisation, they are on high demand there, LocalBitcoin volume has been increasing like hell for the last 3 years, same with Canada, they have a lot of startups, Decenral is one of them, and they have like cash equivalent of bitcoin, which they can receive with special vouchers, and definitely Netherlands, there, in city called Arnhem Bitcoinstad there are plenty of places, where you can by stuff with BTC, restaurants (even Burger King!), book stores, clothing shops, etc.
