It's kind of simple. The countries that have capital controls, like China, India, most of south-east asia and places like Venezuela, have banned bitcoin, because it's a way of avoiding capital controls and therefore avoiding control by the state.
In the free countries that have no capital controls, there is no reason to ban bitcoin or cryptocurrency at all. And there are lots of reasons to embrace it, especially if it makes the financial sector more efficient.

The country where I live is not a bitcoin friendly country, and I know there are some countries , they are quite friendly for bitcoin. even BITCOIN exchange ATM machines are there. Actually I would like to know what are the most Bitcoin friendly countries in the world at the moment?
It is possible that the United States and Japan even all countries have almost accepted the presence of bitcoin, but only some countries still reject it even to want to drop with the issue that does not make sense ..

Japan is on top of the list when it comes to Bitcoin friendly countries, they have accepted it and maximazing its potentials, there are even companies there which already pioneered the Bitcoin as their mode for salaries, payroll system. Also I may add Philippines where there are a lot of Bitcoin enthusiasts as well as they already have some establishments that accepts Bitcoin as mode of payment for products and services.

The bitcoin is accepted in countries like Japan (It is already legal) in some countries of Latin America it has not been regulated like Venezuela, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, and some European countries, recently I believe that Russia has also approved it.

Yes - and their stance is pushing other countries to accept it too. Singapore has just confirmed that it won't be banning cryptocurrencies: https://kryptomoney.com/cryptocurrencies-will-not-be-banned-in-singapore/I'm pretty sure it's because they don't want Fintech to migrate to Japan instead.

It is possible that the United States and Japan even all countries have almost accepted the presence of bitcoin, but only some countries still reject it even to want to drop with the issue that does not make sense .. This two powerful country already embraced the chain and no matter how those other countries reacted they will have some influenced from it, so for sure in due time those countries who still rejecting the possibilities to recognized bitcoin will also start using it on their own ways, just needed to give them more advance knowledge about bitcoin and how useful it is if they knew how to use it properly.

As I know the friendliest country to Bitcoins is Japan. Canada is also very loyal to people who are involved into crypto activities and ICOs. Curios, but it seems Russia is not going to restrict trading and mining.

There is a new wave of acceptance for Bitcoin coming in, which will be to be a holder and user of Crypto Debit cards. I have a Mastercard version now which allows me to spend Bitcoin and 7 other currencies anywhere across the globe that shows the MC symbol. I can also withdraw cash from an ATM. This get's around any local restrictions your locality may impose on crypto.
