My wallet shows a payout with no TXID. Is this normal or is this a problem?

https://zergpool.com/?address=MKzccoayCH9UCaCtpthvoDJkXRCTht9pq3

+1

Read 2 posts UP - absolutely similar situation. Still no answers from admins. I think that this is a problem, because the coins did not arrive. Smiley

You have actually lost the data for the last 12 or 13 days including everything that I have mined in the last few days, this account is active 24/7 (nicehash). I have only stopped sending hashpower there until you figure out how to restore the missing balance (my estimate is about 0.01 BTC that was lost but please do your own calculation).

I saw that you cleared the history but that doesn't help of course. Please check the history in your database and restore the missing amounts.

Thank you,

Hello,

Could you please close this issue and credit the missing amount that is due?

I will also need an explanation of what happened and why it won't happen again. I am literally sending money there and not just a mining rig so I need to know that I can keep using the service safely.

Thank you,

Gentle reminder.

I am starting to think that this person is deliberately stealing from its miners, this is the second time now I lose money on this pool, the first time it was a large amount and he said a coin (Deepoinion) had forked and now it's about 0.01 BTC that went missing and there is not even an explanation.

I gave him his chance to revert his action back but he disappeared. So I will mark this pool as illegitimate and I will spread the word out there in the community so that more people don't lose their money on this pool.

One thing to clarify though for new comers, this pool IS NOT a full fledged scam! It does work and I have made about 0.45 BTC with them in the last couple of months (I send a lot of hashpower) but eventually comes a day when you come and there is a substantial amount missing from your account with DELETED RECORDS and the pool owner doesn't even acknowledge it.

I am a software engineer myself with 20+ years experience, I know records don't just disappear from a Database, I say my money was STOLEN and I stop all operations on this pool at this point.

I had the same impression that my funds were reduced by a certain amount before the payment was through. Its not that zergpool is totally illegitimate.

They seem to mantain a level of fraud/incompetence at about 10% of your payments. So if you are willing to risk about one tenth of your earned income, you should be ok.

In general payments are on time and server response is good, they definetaly put some effort to keep this pool going.

Yes exactly! same conclusion here. Something is not clean with this pool.

MM.Hash supports auto-coin switching rather than algo for zergpool. See my thread for more details. Can also do auto-algo with other pools simultaneously, including nicehash integration. Also has Unix/Windows version.

You are commenting on the wrong thread, please read again.

You have deleted or lost 12 days worth of data and this has caused me to lose about 0.01 BTC of pending balance which you still owe me as of today.

Pinpins, I'm having a little difficulty trying to mine with my S9. I wanted to mine sha256 algo, and get paid in Privcy (x13 algo coin) in the password I tried c=PRIVCY,mc=SHA256 and that doesn't seem to work for me, but if I use c=PRIVCY,mc=PARTY (sha256 coin) it works. Can I not autoswitch between all sha256 coins and autoexchange to PRIVCY? Maybe I'm just doing something stupid wrong (It wouldn't be the first time) Thank you for your help, and for having a pretty awesome pool!
Update: I figured it out. Feeling kinda dumb. Just had to remove the mc= part. I shouldn't try to figure stuff out till Ive had a couple cups of coffee. Working like a charm now.
