RELAUNCH will be extended for a few more days:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=589992PHCoin made an appearance for the first time in this thread in the rush to deliver this coin to Newcomers learning about Digital Currencies from the Philippines so that we can solve the problems developing on Labor Day which was the day this coin launched, May 1st 2014. The team was proactively working at a fast rate to release the announcement of this coin as the new found solution to the Jobless Filipinos because the Labor Board will only offer a limited number of jobs in the Philippines. This will cause further problems and challenges in the Philippines leading to some people becoming homeless, death from starvation, and many other possibilities that will directly impact the Jobless people's lives and their families.
Do you know why PHCoin was created? It's more than just another Scrypt Clone coin. PHCoin is looking to introduce Freelancing Jobs Platform as another option for any freelancer to get rewards for posting a resume, finding a job, and getting hired. In addition, you pay virtually no fees compared to traditional job platforms that need funding from you, advertisers, employers, and any transaction that occurs; while the Jobs Platform we are working on won't be charging Freelancers; in fact, we will reward freelancers for participating with PHCoin and its job platform (set to release in 30 days).
PHCoin is ready to be the problem solver to the Jobless people who could be working within the decentralized (Digital Currency) communities; starting with PHCoin, rewarding Miners, Investors, Employers, Freelancers, and the Crypto Currency community.
PHCoin will relaunch and recreate the PHCoin Network (stay up to date in this thread) I will make another announcementThe reason we are creating a new coin with a new PHCoin Network is because we simply rushed the process to launch the solution to the Labor problems in the Philippines. The problem occurred once we realized the SYNC issue causing an error in the configuration; causing abnormal amount of blocks to be mined at a low difficulty rate. The difficulty re-target should have been set to 7 minutes instead it was 72 hours. This means without much effort or hash power, the remaining coins will easily pop out of the network mining the entire coin in about 72 hours. We appreciate your on-going support to PHCoin. Check the main thread for further announcements:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=589992PHCoin's Job Platform will be providing more job opportunities for the Philippines country, and opening
the doors for Freelancers anywhere in the world to help out with Digital Currency related projects.
We apologize the inconvenience this has caused; but as we all know errors and mistakes happen.
Please shut off the miners or practice using this experimental wallet for now until the new coin wallet
is created with the new genesis block (PHCoin Network) launch date is estimated for
05.04.2014 Extended for another day, stay tuned via official thread:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=589992We Are Coming up with a Rewards Plan for miners (screenshot must be before the date of 05/02/2014).
If you decide to stick around the PHCoin community and you were mining before the new launch.
please take a screenshot of the current wallet software showing the time stamp at the (system tray) of your windows computer, and within the same screenshot, please display your bitcointalk username while you are logged in. A reward program from the premine will be distributed to those who were mining. Send me a private message with the link to the screenshot (premade) once the new wallet comes out; include your new PHCoin Address along with the screenshot in a private message (on launch day). If you decided to stick around, Thank you, and we are coming up a rewards program for those miners that mined during this time, if you do not, I am certainly sorry this did not work out, and hope you check us out in the future.
