Is 2018 the downfall of bitcoin?

I think no. At the beginning of the year bitcoib fall down not means it's a year of downfall. It will pump again and raise again as people have demand of bitcoin.  And this is very popular now a days. And this is a source of earning for some people. So it will raise again .

I do not think that. Bitcoin will continue to grow but it will not be as strong as in 2017 because bitcoin's heat will not be as strong as it was last year. Investment trends for 2018 will be the new altcoin to be listed on the trade pages after the completion of the ICO program, the altcoin that will grow very strong, you can completely reassure about its value.

I doubt that. Bitcoin can easily go even higher in 2018, it just take time, you will see.

No, I don't think bitcoin will be of low value in the near future. Ethereum can overtake the leading position, but bitcoin will still stay on the 2nd place after ethereum.

The answer of this is in your question,since you are new to bitcoin,you think this is the biggest downfall for bitcoin,just check the charts and you will know that there were worst times earlier when the price went down drastically and expect that kind of movement when you are into bitcoin,the price went sharply too soon and i that is not what i want to see,i would like to see a systematic growth rather than a sharp rise.

I think we are just having a rough start this year but I still do believe that this year will be in favor for Bitcoin. Last year same thing happened, earlier of 2017, the market value  of Bitcoin was just lessthan a thousand but at the third quartee of last year, its market value continuously increased that made its market value expensive so I am expecting that same thing will happen this year.

That the price of bitcoin is down does not mean the death and burial of bitcoin. The price fluctuates for different reasons. Bitcoin and other currencies may deepen in price, it means its the best time to buy and trade or keep. Keep calm, bitcoin may likely hit $100k in 2018. Buy now and be happy later.

I highly doubt it. I'd say the recent sharp downturn of BTC value has a lot to do with South Korea (which accounts for 20% of the world's BTC trading) tightening its grip on anonymous cryptocurrency trading. Among other reasons too, I'm sure, as it's normal for market corrections to happen due varying factors. BTC value has been trending upwards since the first major price rally in 2013 and I'd like to think it won't be slowing down anytime soon.

Heck South Korea reduced the complete BTC blackout ban too and is just planning to tax crypto and make it more legal than ever

Yes We are watching a somewhat huge market correction at the start of the year 2018 , but this correction is really ideal after a massive bull run on the btc price on last december. 2018 will be huge for crypto with more than 1.5 Trillion USD marketcap. I think it won't. I consider myself quite new to cryptocurrency but from what I see, bitcoin's future is just getting started. And 2018 may be the year that it will be recognized as a better alternative to payments or a better investment because of it's rarity in years to come.

 think the bitcoin price will increase, will not stop at this price. Bitcoins fluctuate in part because of the Chinese and Korean markets but in my opinion the price fluctuations are due to the big investors they have a lot of bitcoin and they are willing to control prices to make profits from. price difference.If we will base on graphs and previous trends of bitcoin price what is happening now is normal, but I am hoping that btc price will recover in february or march.
