No I don't think so. Bitcoin is unstable crypto currency. Infact all the crypto currency are unstable. So, every moment the values are changing. I think mainly the value of Bitcoin depends upon the investment and it's uses. It goes up and down every moment. Last year Bitcoin had also gone through this kind of situation. But it came back strongly. So to me just be patient. It will be up again.

We cannot conclude yet 2018 is yet a long run for bitcoin. And also, I cannot put a certain answer on it since there are more lot of changes could possibly happened this 2018. Bitcoin value dropping as early as 1st month of the year does not mean a downfall of bitcoin, it may be an early downfall but we cannot say yet that it would be a year of downfall which you called 2018 downfall of bitcoin since there are still 11 months waiting for bitcoin it may be a lucky one or may be unfortunate one. It is only the start of 2018 we cannot tell if this will be the downfall of bitcoin but as for me i think bitcoin will never fall. We all know bitcoin is volatile it is uncertain, sometimes it is high sometimes it is low but i never thought bitcoin to go down. There are still many people who are investing in bitcoin and bitcoin community is getting bigger. There are still possible changes that can happen in bitcoin this 2018.

Personally I think 2018 is going to be great for BTC, the present price decline is only a mirage. However you should always expect unstable prices with BTC. The price is very volatile so some times it can profit you more and at other times, less. However, it has proven to be one of the most profitable venture, if not the most, worldwide.

yep if you see the chart especially this month the price bitcoin unstable. i know this is correction before btc price over $20000.
there are so many news about pro and contra about bitcoin. i belive this is bitcoin will touch $50000.

Lightning network isn't even being currently used besides for testing, so I'd say bitcoin is just getting started.

Yes, as worried by many people, bitcoin would break in 2018. They say that because the price of  bitcoin decreases. But i think, that the price of bitcoin will continue to rise. Because fluctuations in was that work that was happens very often in the development of bitcoin

No 2018 is not the downfall of bitcoin. The price is down now but its nothing. It will bounce back again.  Last year 2017 similar thing happened and we later saw the growth after a while. Bitcoin has come to stay and its potential its great. So 2018 is not bitcoin downfall.

Many people are worried about this kind of topic. But I believe this year is not the downfall of bitcoin,instead,it'll increase higher than last year. Nah. It is normal for bitcoin to fluctuate even in the past years. When new regulations are implemented, hacking etc, it is normal for its price to decrease. But bitcoin will bounce back as it has proven in the past years. Just believe in bitcoin and the technology behind it.

I don't think that 2018 is the downfall of bitcoin because it is becoming more popular nowadays, otherwise it is the rise of bitcoin instead. It is difficult to contradict bitcoin because it is very helpful especially when it comes to earning profit. That's the growth of bitcoin is rapidly increasing.

I see you are saying that 2018 is the year of the downfall of bitcoin on the basis of the recent price drops. But actually, the price drop of any commodity doesn't mean the end is near for that commodity. Every year Bitcoin prices go down in January and the prices usually get back to normal in a month or two. You should check the price graph of Bitcoin over the past years then you could have an idea about how prices dip down and again get back to normal then increase in price than it was before.
