First, make sure that you plan  your communication appropriately. Use tools like the Rhetorical Triangle , Monroe's Motivated Sequence  , and the 7Cs of Communication  to think about how you'll construct on what  will you're going to say.

Everybody is a good speaker. It's just that lack of confidence hinders our ability to speak from flowing out.
Nervousness and shyness are also factors especially when speaking in front of a crowd.

Anther factor is knowledge.
If you are going to speak in front of your classmates about an assignment you didn't review the night before, you mumble for words.
If you are talking about something you know by heart, then confidence would be there, making you speak straight to the point, without nervousness and all.

To be a good speaker, it takes the first two things to be how you are sensitive to the situation and conditions so you speak in the right place. The second is learning good attitude and body language as you speak..

Less preparation makes the mastery of material that is not maximal. This will automatically trigger a sense of worry if the material to be delivered is not smooth. I once experienced it, suddenly asked for a sudden presentation. Not a good situation and a lot of choices but situations like this can make the presentation a mess.

First, you must prepare your talk carefully. Next, you should practice in front of a mirror. Finally, be confident.

Like many of my teachers, my work is not tied to presentations, so I do not want people to talk freely with my acquaintance, so I would like to know more.

First of all, you should prepare and rehearse your mini-presentation in advance. At the interview, you will be asked about work experience and additional skills that might be useful in the work. Ask friends or relatives to conduct a test interview with you. Check the answer for each expected question.
Don't worry and you're gonna be alright.

In my opinion the way to be a good speaker is to always set  goals in our conversation, know who you are talking to, understand our strengths and weaknesses, be yourself and look natural, and Eye contact with people in front of us, with eye contact as if we managed to bring them in. into what we're talking about and get them to focus on what we're talking about. practice speaking to a lot of people and try to express yourself. Be honest and be natural.

It is not easy to be a good speaker but I think to be a good speaker someone has to be courageous, reading books, practising it alone in the house.
