A teaser is a type of gambling bet that allows the bettor to combine his bets on two different games. The bettor can adjust the point spreads for the two games, but realizes a lower return on the bets in the event of a win. Here is how a teaser works. 1. You can choose between 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 teams. I want to ask is there any limit for minimum deposit because today as I want to deposit there was problem that again and again 10 bitcoins coming and I want to deposit just 0.1
Our minimum deposit has been reduced to 0.01 Bitcoin Waqas. Please let us know if you have any issues with depositing. |

I have a complaint. Yesterday I deposited 5 bitcoins, and on the screen it says "enter in how many coins to deposit" and I wrote 5, and then hit confirm before the screen registered that I wrote 5, so it used the number 10 as default. It said to contact support to get this cleared up. Okay, whatever, I emailed support. That was over 24 hours ago and the 5 coins have still not reached my account. I emailed numerous times saying I needed the money to bet on tonights MLB and NFL and no one has helped me out yet. Now the bet I wanted to place just won, so due to the poor support I have a bitter feeling towards betcoinsports.
It is too bad because you have a nice site, offers lots of bets, but if you are gonna be a real site that takes real action this customer service is disappointing to me.

Thank you for voicing your concern Applelover as we take customer service extremely seriously. When you made the deposit and confirmed the wrong amount, we did not get notification of the deposit, therefore did not know you deposited. The first email to customer service that we received was today, not 24 hours ago, in fact the email was two and a half hours ago. When we received the email we immediately looked into the matter and responded to your email within 35 minutes. We had to confirm your amount and then it was immediately credited to your account. Can you please send us the email you sent "24 hours ago" as if this is true we want to make sure that all emails are received and responded to quickly. Can you also show us the email where you mention you "needed the money to bet on tonight's MLB and NFL games". Again, we want to make sure we are receiving all emails promptly. |

I sent an email yesterday but it went to support@coinbase.com which is who facilitates betcoinsports transfers. I'm not sure if this was due to do confusion caused by the deposit form, or confusion I created on my own. Since talking with support at betcoinsports they have responded promptly and the funds are in my account. |
