Actually, your account was credited exactly 48 minutes ago which was seconds after your deposit.  We converted your account to the new format of 1 BTC = 1,000 credits.  You had a remaining amount of 1 credit on the old system which equals 10 credits on the new system.  Adding your 10 previous credits to your 11 credit litecoin deposit gave you 21 credits which was updated in your account 48 minutes ago.  Please confirm and for the fastest response you can always fill out a form submit as we get an immediate notification when these are submitted.  Thank you!

4 Hours later and STILL no payout! Someone in Just-Dice chatroom said they had a small payout paid out within 15 minutes an hour or so ago from betcoinsports...is my cashout being ignored cause its big?

Their email says up to 5 hours for payouts. Really starting to get worried. I need these funds badly.

What is your username and why did you not send a form submit or email us directly?  All withdraws were funded promptly over the weekend and a 1.164 withdrawal amount is not a "large" withdrawal amount for us at all.  We have private messaged you as well because we take all statements very seriously and want to make sure that each and every player is taken care of promptly.  We look forward to your reply as without your username or an email address we cannot look into your claims.  Thank you.
