Well why the hell wasn't I given my last few VIP bonuses of 1 and 3BTC for making 5 and 10BTC deposits respectively? Water under the bridge, but damn!

I know KGambler from other forums and know him for a few years, not once has he lied about a book that he uses. U can check my same name out at SBR and see how many years I have been there. I thought u guys should know that this is definitely a shot at a very trustworthy player from a book.

We are simply going to have to eliminate the bonuses as they cause too many problems website wide.  Had we never had any bonuses in place at www.BetcoinSports.com, this would not be an issue at all.  

Though we try to please all and deliver the best experience, we can't be perfect.  We will make mistakes as every person and business will and we will correct those mistakes in the proper way.  This mistake of bonus was our fault, we pay the price, but it will only make us stronger and better for everyone.

Very good points.  We will reevaluate the bonuses in our staff meeting and we will figure it out as we continue to learn and grow.  Signups, deposits and wagers continue to grow and we are working on a completely new backend that is synced to our entire platform.  We will keep you posted.

i think the sportsbook shouldnt have a bonus but the poker and casino should

Honestly I really don't know what's going on with this situation, but you talk as if there's no blame on your side.

If I'm not mistaken, wasn't I a first to make mention or complain about a bonus that was actually listed on your site that wasn't honored several times for me? Oh.. . that's right, I eventually received a generous .1 (I believe) when the new interface launched to make up for not receiving 1 & 3BTC deposit bonuses.
