What will happen with bets, if the match is abandoned or postponed to another day? Can I cancel a bets in this case?
We assume you are referring to the sports book and if a match is postponed, abandoned to another day it is automatically canceled. Are you referring to one in particular? |

I am also wondering why I can not get prompt support for the issue with another account taking funds from my account. My username on the site is kmartian. Actually, you did receive 1,500 mbtc withdrawal and the 3,500 mbtc is in your account. Please always check your address and we even have a thank you email from you, therefore we are uncertain about the reasoning behind this message. With regard to your other issue and the suspected abuse of your account you claim form a third party, we can discuss it on the forum if you choose as well or privately through email. We always make sure all customer btc is secure, which it always is, but in these more complex instances it is necessary to perform a tremendous amount of research and checks which is what is occurring. Please confirm the statements as well as if you would rather discuss here in the chat or through email as it is inefficient to do both and sometimes messages get skipped over and not updated properly. Thank you. |

I know you have become accustomed to withdrawals in 15 minutes, however when we have a high volume, a new withdrawal address and other features we must take our time to ensure that your withdrawal is going to your properly. Couple more suggestions...
On the mobile site, have an option to, "Go Back" as you go through the layers. Example: I click on soccer and then click on a league then click on a team but it is the wrong team. Right now I would have to click on soccer again and then click on the league and the right team, but I would like a back button so I can just go back to the league I was already in and select the wrong team.
It would also be nice to be able to see my bet on the mobile version after going to "activity". Right now you can only see the game and your stake with the odds, but I would like to be able to see the result that I picked as well.
Can optional email alerts be implemented where I can choose if I want an email everytime a bet is made with the bet information and/or when I win a bet? There could also be other options as well.

Yes I did get the withdrawal of the 1500 mBTC and the 3500 mBTC is in my account but I am still missing 5000 mBTC from the other account that was not created by me and some how the funds were sent to that account without my permission. My account is kmartian and the account name is kmartian2 that has the 5000 mBTC that belongs to my kmartian account. I am still awaiting reply from emails. |
