Your third wager is a loss because you selected Real Madrid: 2nd Half Odds and the half ended in a 0-0 draw for the second half.  Ronaldo scored for Madrid in the first half, therefore your third wager is a loss.  

We hope that this is clear and we are here anytime should you have additional questions.  

I never choosed 2nd half odds... Look at the three bets, they apear like 2nd half odds buy when i bet i choose match odds in the three... You can´t bet parlay with halfs... Its a bug of the page, not mine. I went to soccer, champions league and then in the main page i choose Real Madrid, Atlético Madrid and Juventus, i never bet halfs (look my history, several bitcoins bets and i never bet at halfs).

You can certainly bet parlays with halfs and the many other options that are available.  We actually have had several players make parlay wagers using many of the teams that you selected, some picked 1st half, some picked match odds and some picked 2nd half.  Each of these games provides over 33 different wagering types and it can be overwhelming for those who are not used to all the different options, however the ticket also clearly spells it out.  We have emailed you because we believe your privacy is important when examining the history of your wagers.

When I am on my tablet and go to the sports section, everything works fine, just like from my desktop, but when I click on casino, I go to the mobile version of the casino.  Is there a way to switch from the mobile to desktop casino, since the desktop casino has more games available and I cannot use my bonus credits on the mobile site.

I have some feedback and provide this hoping it will become even a better sportsbook.

- Urgent: Just placed some bets and made some profit, but the cashier does not work. It shows an empty screen so withdraws are not possible at the moment. Please fix this.

- When I log in the odds are always set to American. I set it to decimal, but all the time it goes back to American odds. This happens when I log in and when I browse on the site. I want to have decimals and not to change it all the time. Is there not a possibility to implement an option to put your favorite choice of odds on your account for that?

- I don’t like the overview of my bets and results. How it is now: I need to go to my account. Then Activity. Then I need to change it to sportsbook (and adjust the date if needed). Then press on show. And if I want to see my exact winnings for example for a half won bet, (which can occur with Asian handicaps 0.25, 0.75 etc)  I need to calculate the winnings myself. This can and should be improved a lot in my opinion.

- Speed of the website is mostly pretty slow, maybe a new hosting can help to make it faster.
