Are US residents allow to participate in this ICO?
idk why they would not be allowed Because SEC won't allow most of the ICO's to get investments from US citizens. There are many countries who have put harsh regulations for projects to run their token sale these days. Just buy after the ICO, the chance is big it will be under ICO price if you look at the bear market now |

If the market is still dipping when the ICO releases, there probably will be no market anymore  but that wont happen, there are too many businesses already depending on bc |

How do you prioritize? In the case of limited funds, first of all will be the construction of the plant or the development of the Kepler Platform?
Also, can you specify where exactly is the land for construction? I have a neighbor of Georgians, he travels to Georgia several times a year, usually in the summer, and can look in what kind of terrain. Is there any infrastructure there?
There are a picture and a video of the land that we are talking about in our Official Telegram group please go there and you will see it for yourself. In case of limited funds, we will prioritize Kepler Universe Platform but this would be far from happening, we will find a way to find more private investors as we already have private investors willing to pour in 125M USD in Kepler project. This is pretty big. Private investors can pour in 125m USD but they will ask for better terms and control. I am guessing that in the long run the project will burn about 1 billion just get the products in the market. Superfactory will ensure that That is true big investors want to have some kind of control for flashing out that kind of money. I wonder if small investors together can actually make this project into reality. That is the real reason for this ICO. This is a win-win for the devs all the way. If they come out with a clearer vision statement and strategy, there's no reason why it shouldn't happen. It also depends on the hype factor. Projects like SophiaTx and Modultrade did very well because of several partnership announcements and being featured by big trades news site. Kepler team needs to do something similar or better instead of trying to leverage us with the private investment. I can't compare any projects with Kepler. Yes, modultrade was ambitious going in a very competitive market but Kepler is the biggest project i have ever seen in crypto. Building a huge factory brings it to next level. For me it's great that the governments supports them by giving them cheap land to build something. Although I don't know what I should think about building a whole factory from an ICO. The ICO alone wouldn't be enough to fund this mega-project. It takes a lot more than a couple of 100 millions to even setup a bike factory let alone a Robot super factory. So, this ICO will be to get initial buzz, gain some momentum and then go with several rounds of funding. |

Why that? Because of deals like the Kepler's one? I don't know if you answered to this question yet but, how come Kepler will doesn't have to pay taxes once up and running? You can find the answer to it in Georgian Tax Code Art 98-99 we have architectural design on our web, check, I think you will like it
It looks huge, simple and functional. How much time according to you estimation it will take to build the whole complex? We were promised to have it in the end of 2019, fully equipped and functional. I loved the website so much , I see most people already commented on the amount of money this project want to raise to be honest the amount is really big but if we go in details of this project and what it want to achieve then the amount is kinda understandable .

This project is nothing like all the projects which have been before! You just read the information on their website and you will understand! I've been in the crypto world for a few months and I have not seen any project like this. I encourage you to take a look at the whitepaper. |
