I don't think 250m $ is too much for this project.

They are not making an app they are building a factory. It needs time and also giving dividends which is worth spending for.

I agree with you, also i heard that private investors waiting for this project to invest around 125 m usd, which is quite a lot. and good news for all of us who thinks investing to this project.

I think good days are ahead, today market is recovering a little. with recoveries like that people will trust in cryptocurrencies and this will increase interest in Kepler's project. More people = More Investment.

This is a very important information since big bonuses can backfire sometimes but 1,5 mil tokens is  only 0,5 % of all available tokens on sale which is almost nothing.
On the other hand it seem a lot of work to do a presale for such a small amount of tokens.

I hope you're right and  after January everything goes back to normal. That will favor projects that are starting like this to get investors.
