Learn to filter, not to rush thoughtlessly into each project. It's all expected, any work with time grows in complexity. And ICO is no exception.

The most effective training is learning from your mistakes. You can read tons of literature and learn less than making a couple of mistakes.

I'm always to experience to the fake bounties and sometimes they don't pay us.
So if we participate to those ICO's bounties we make sure that this will be going pay us until they end of ICO.

Better choose a trusted bounty manager which is more likely that the bounty campaign will succeed. There are some successful ICO that i got no payment and there's nothing i can do about it. Just keep participating on bounty campaign because most campaign are paying compare to those who are not.

If you think your bounty is scam then leave it as soon as possible. Ive experienced kind of that I participated until the end but the ending is still waiting and i informed that they scam the money of people. Think twice before you join make some research about a bounty if it is fake or legitimate. Be aware
I agree what you've said. Better to research hard before joining in a bounties. Because I believe some campaigns is scam. And scammer is everywhere. Be careful so your work cannot lose.

I also joined in one campaign that accused as scam in the first round. Then they postponed the first round and sent the bounty award. Immediately they continue the campaign for the 2nd round. Until now another issues rises on the part of this campaign. Still we are waiting for the bounty award in 2nd round. I believe that they will send our tokens in their given schedules.
Determining the scam campaign can be found in the beginning, middle, or at the end of the campaign. To notice the scam more ideas regarding on what is the authentic campaign is all about and what is not.

Read a lot about bounty campaign, check it in Internet and of course bounty manager, but when you just started it is not too easy to discern scam form real good one.

I experienced that twice. I thought my signature campaign is legit it seems to be legit because the campaigns manager is a trusted campaign manager for me. But in the mean time as the bounty campaign ends the campaign manager still update us because he is waiting for the real manager of that campaign but in the end of the day we got nothing. When you are joining in one bounty campaign make sure you will do that at your own risk.

For some of these bounties, you need to make your research , read their white paper properly. Some of these ICO's have poor white paper and the problem they are looking to solve dosen't make sense. Most of these scam ICO's as well don't like revealing their identity as well.

You need to make more research before you pick any bounty program.

I think the best way to do if you see a scam bounty or a ICO. reply them in the thread that there ico is scam and tell them your proof on why they are scam. but mostly of scam ico there whitepaper is been copy by other ico.

Now, it's easy to know if such ICO is fake, people are smarter and usually they love to post in this forum since we are a big community here.
In this forum there are a lot of contributors that would help, so we just have to be aware and report it to DT members here to be tag negatively.

Before stepping up into anything new, one should know the in and out of the stuff. One should read the whitepaper well.

If you know that the certain ICOs are fake and proven that they are scams, do not just ignore them, make a thread that this particular ICO/s are fake so that people including newbies will not entertain/join the fake ICO and avoid being scammed.

Unfortunately, most ICO projects are projects at an early stage, which do not have a community or a working product for its development. Instead of dubious promises, it's better to invest in ICO with the existing customer base and partners who are set to switch to blocking (and tokenization).

You should check the information of the bounty that you're joining.
You must know the team behind them. There are many good bounty managers out there.
You can look for them here in this discussion or on telegram or social media sites.
You have to learn every information from the bounty to prevent scammers.

I am a newbie just trying to grow on this platform. Within a week of participating in altcoin bounties, 2 bounties I participated in have been reported as Scammers. I get a lot of reads on my articles and Social media pages. I cannot keep encouraging people to invest in these altcoins if they would eventually get scammed. How can new bounty hunters like myself differentiate between a genuine bounty and scammers bounty?
The best thing to do is to quit such bounty and look for better one because if you continue you will end up with shitcoin and there won't be demand for it and that will be a wasteful effort.
