Fakes ICO bounties. What to do?
There are lots of fake ICO outside there, no matter how careful you might be you might still fall victim. I fall times and again even though I pick my bounty from selected source. That's the community we found ourselves scammers everywhere.

I am a newbie just trying to grow on this platform. Within a week of participating in altcoin bounties, 2 bounties I participated in have been reported as Scammers. I get a lot of reads on my articles and Social media pages. I cannot keep encouraging people to invest in these altcoins if they would eventually get scammed. How can new bounty hunters like myself differentiate between a genuine bounty and scammers bounty?
unfortunatelly you are mot the only one who has facedsuch kind of problems and i believe you will never face them again

This fake bounties are really hard to differentiate from the genuine ones but there are some criteria which I have used and it has helped me. To join any bounty you can 1. Read the whitepaper and know the idea of the project 2. Make background checks also about the team members 3. You can join campaigns managed by the renowned people on this platform (Senior members and above or groups who are well known for running legit bounties. eg Amazix) 4. You can also make inquiries from their website and know how the token sales are going (projects that hit softcap usually becomes successful)
When these things are considered I think you will always get 5 out of 10 good campaigns.

It is better to choose carefully the bounty manager that handles the campaign. Those managers also do a research before they accept the campaign project because credibility is very important in bitcointalk forum.

As a first timer, I participated in about 6 bounties back in February. Two of them scammed. Crestonium and Techspecs. I feel sorry for investors. These scam projects usually have telling signs but because I was not too knowledgeable back then I overlooked some of those signs till the eventuality happened.

For proper selection of the ICO project and the bounty campaign, it is important to pay attention to the developer's reputation. It is also important that the advertising campaign is broad, and even better, if it involves the participation of famous crypto personality. They should not only praise their projects, but also justify the advantages of this technological development.

to date, there is no algorithm to deal with fraudulent ico companies. even if you were more responsible or more carefully approached the choice of the company and the study of their information, it still would not give an absolute guarantee of your success. Today scammers are able to deceive.

The managers stand behind the project who have already raised more than one project, such projects should be trusted. They will not turn out to be an ordinary bench and, as a rule, there is a good bounty company and there are already investors.

We should be smart. We should sorting what ico is real or scam. There are many sign of real ico or scam ico. Like whitepaper, team, social media, etc. For newbie, you can first join to bounty platform like bountyplatform.io; bountyhunters.io; or bountyhive.io; etc.

Well,THere are a number of ICOs and bounties that aren't as legitimate as we would like them to be, The number of scams has risen tremendously and most people have lost a considerable amount of money to them, There is however very little we can do about the situation, rather, we just have to be careful and avoid such at all cost or better still expose any of them if we come across them

Unfortunately we see many fake ico and bounty. We do not make any money as a result of the campaigns we have worked for and worked for months. if we invest money in these projects we lose the money we invested. We are in a bad period

Before Joing in any bounty, research about that on google,Try to look some videos about those bounties, and also check the reviews.Check if they offering too many coins and also asking to invest. above those can be a bit beneficial to know somewhat about any bounty and ICO. And lastly, stay away from that one, you think something fishy.
All the newbies must need to be aware of this to get themselves stay away from those scams.

Unfortunately at the initial stages it is almost impossible to distinguish a real project from a fraudulent one. If you still got caught up in such a project, then you need to delete all the content you made, or if there was a signature, then immediately remove it. Otherwise you can be banned.

And of course there can be no talk of paying for work. You just need to accept and work on. Very often such oppresses, one does not need to stop. Continue to work and you will be rewarded. I take a number of projects. 1 out of 5 projects can very well shoot.

You need to check up the team their Linkedin and other social media presence, if everything is fine there, then head over to their community whether it has human presence or they are bots or airdrop participants. stick around with them for a day or two to see how effective communication is between the community and team. Also be on the look out for a project that has an MVP or a finished product. Such projects are not scams
