I checked manually and the transaction looks fine. It's a valid Mastercoin transaction and the source address has enough balance, so I'd say everything is OK. You're right, mastercoin-explorer indeed should reflect this, but it seems the site is just not seeing the latest transactions. The most recent tips from dacoinminster's giveaway address also don't show up on mastercoin-explorer. I guess their bitcoind is a little behind and still has to catch up on the lastest blocks.
