Investigations Into Launching Our Own Regulated Securities Exchange
We have spent time investigating the legal requirements and viability of establishing our own regulated securities exchange (CySEC), we have decided that this is something that we will now pursue further down the line once Neo & Bee has achieved sustainable growth as this is our highest priority. This is a viable business that can be open to US investors once certain barriers have been removed (JOBS act), certain barriers would still exist for US based investors but we would address them closer to the time.

We will be making an announcement early next week in relation to our plans for the management of shares.

Oracle
Our systems are being developed using Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition, I believe we are the first company in Cyprus to utilize this new product. Oracle provide solutions for the largest organizations in the world. Our development team are now official Oracle partners.
Oracle will provide us with some great exposure on an international scale.

New Merchant
Although this is a very large company, this is NOT the global brand that I mentioned earlier in the thread, we are still making plans for those announcements.

We are working to provide a payment gateway for UNICAF (http://www.unicaf.org), we shall be connecting them to both Bitcoin and MPESA, UNICAF is a great project that is owned and operated by the same company that owns University of Nicosia, Intercollege and the Medical School in Nicosia (St Georges University). We shall start accepting payments for UNICAF within the next 7 days.

UNICAF are providing subsidized higher education to those in Africa, through online resources. This is a great project that can start to help those in the developing world achieve a higher level of education, that would have previously had to relocate to another country to complete any further education. We are currently working towards providing the payment solutions for the remainder of their businesses too, announcements will be made once we have signed and sealed contracts.

We will utilize our accounts with MPESA (we are currently finalizing the account opening process) to enable us to process international remittance payments to and from those who are connected to the MPESA network.

New Employees
George Papageorgiou – Operations Director
George has 20 years of experience in aeronautical engineering and in managing innovative technologies. He discovered Bitcoin in 2011 and has since devoted himself to it, acquiring a MBA from Greenwich University in the process. He is bringing a wide array of business experience as well as diverse organizational and technology skills to Neo and Bee.

Leon Waga – Head of Internal Security
Leon is now completing his notice period with the G4S group where he currently holds an operations manager position. Leon has a long-standing relationship with Danny Brewster, trust has been established over many years. Leon also has experience of the close protection industry, this enables him to think on his feet and make tactical and informed decisions whilst under intense pressure.

Maria Terezopoulou – Head of Marketing
Maria has spent 35 years as the head of the card services marketing department for Laiki Bank. Maria brings a vast amount of experience and contacts to the business to ensure that our marketing and PR campaigns are managed correctly.

Andreas Elia – Chief Technical Officer
Andreas has an educational background that started in Computer Science which eventually lead to an Electrical Engineering degree. He is currently working on getting his MBA within the next year. He has 7 years experience as Project Engineer and Project Manager in various industries ranging from Construction to Renewable Energy Project Development. One of his main assets that can add value to the team is his ability to help people collaborate and solve problems within a trustworthy atmosphere which he creates by way of his personality and professional experience.

Office Images
We are still awaiting part of the furniture to complete the offices, the reception area will have the logos of Neo & Bee on the front of the reception desk from Tuesday (29th October). I will be providing more images once they are fully complete.

Flagship Branch 3D Images
The images are representative of the branch at night, the logo was added in at the last minute. The map will constantly be dimming and shining individual LED's to visualize the global Bitcoin network. The LED's will be more distributed.
