Why Media is negative about Bitcoin?

There are many things why media is always negative about bitcoin but I know 2 things.
1. One is because media doesn't know anything about bitcoin and the only thing they only know is the negative sides of bitcoin. Its the nature of every person that we only see the negative sides of a thing and not the positive sides. Same as the media. Maybe they also know the positive sides of bitcoin but they are only sharing negatives in order for them to have to report in the public.

2. Its because media is being backed up by the government and we know that some governments don't like cryptocurrencies. This is why they only sharing the negative sides. Probably, the media is being paid by the government in order to share negatives and in the future FUDs.

Media doesn't know everything about cryptocurrencies, we know more about this compare to them so don't listen to them. Listen to yourself and some crypto enthusiasts because they know more about this.

At this time the media has no interest in explaining, educating the masses about bitcoin and blockchain technology. Whoever gets their media information will never invest in crypto. The media is against bitcoin, but I think it will come a day when it will have to accept this reality.

I think media is negative in bitcoin because we all know that some media are in the favor of government. And government need tax and bitcoin have no tax. Yes, bitcoin is tax free. When you heard from someone who is in favor in government that saying bitcoin is a scam or don't have a good benefits he/she don't have enough idea or knowledge about bitcoin. So he/she saying that bitcoin is not a good way to earn money.

I don't think the media are just doing it for the sake of them buying Bitcoins for a cheaper price. They are just ignorant about Bitcoin, I mean, most of them. That is why they cannot appreciate what is being offered by Bitcoin. They are simply less-informed about everything there is in crypto. Many of them do not even have the slightest idea of what blockchain is. And then of course there is the truth that many of these media people are paid shills of huge companies and banks and some shit from the government.

Because that it what media is. They sell news that has higher interest and  try to make them viral by making it more dramatic. I have seen that same news company saying good things about cryptocurrencies when everything is green and good.

Because they will write what they understand. In layman's world, anything that rise or fall so sharply and so soon is a scam. It looks like a get rich quick scheme for the normal people. When all governments are against it, they tend to write negative news about it. After all media wants more viewership despite it being fake or not a real news.

I think people read too far into it. Honestly the news is for old people that don't realise they're sheep. If you just keep watching all the good feeling stories, this guy got murdered and here's our spin on it, how will you ever form your own opinions on things? These literally tell you how to feel so you feel it. How stupid is that?

I think the only reason why the media is so negative, is because it's just so damned easy! People don't want to embrace change, because they're an old dumbass sheep watching the 11 o'clock news! Why would they try to promote it to them? Just get the ratings up by giving them what they want and everybody wins.

It's very simple, the media will only report malicious reports, they don't have bitcoin, they can't see that we bought bitcoin and made money, and the news in the media is mostly eyeball.

That is why I try not to believe the rumors about Bitcoin that appear in mass media. Even when they say it will cost soon $100 thousand, I try not to pay attention at these statements. Just be wise.

     Well, I can say that what you have stated can really be one of the reasons as to why they are spreading all these FUD and negativity about cryptos and most specially bitcoins. But I think that it is more logical that the people running the media are the ones that really do want the prices to go down and are only controlling the media personnel so they can get bitcoins cheaper and be able to gain some profits. That explanation would make a lot more sense than the media men alone doing this so they can invest.

     Another great reason can also be because the media men together with the ones who own the networks wants more viewers. Which is why they fabricate almost every story that they get their hands on. They even go to the extent of telling or reporting a whole story filled with a whole bunch of stupid lies just to make their story sell. This is the sad truth not only for bitcoins but also for everything else in this world. The whole truth is most of the media does not care about spreading truth anymore. They only care about money and business. That is our media nowadays.

     I couldn't agree more. This like what I have said is completely what is happening to the world right now. The media clearly isn't what is was built to be or what it obviously used to be. Everything nowadays are just driven by money and that includes the media. Which is why most of the time we do not know what is true and what's not. Lies are all around us truth as we know it isn't the whole truth anymore, we are forced to believe what they want us to believe. they are obviously just manipulating us. And cryptos? Well, I do not have enough reason to believe that information being spread by the media isn't fabricated for the benefit of them or the ones controlling them. Even if I didn't have access to this forum, and other credible sources, I would still not believe them. They are only using concern to the people as an alibi to overly stretch issues so that things will turn out the way they wanted to. It is just pure bullcrap, and I for sure ain't buying any of it.

This is not only the one reason but big part. We can notice that bad news about terrorism attacks or about celebrities fails are more readable! Its not only the one reason but it also happens! People want hype, horror,sex scandal  news, they like awful things maybe there is some psychological reasons. I don't know! The nature of the media is always to give negative news to attract the viewer of their article in the most. So when there is any negative information about Bitcoin as well as cryptocurrencies, the media will always have negative information, hit the fear of the viewer, stimulate them to read the article and share it, affecting the exchange rate of cryptocurrencies.

I don't agree to everything you say about media who always give negative news. Actually, not all media are doing the same thing as what you think. There are some media who are not delivering negative information to the public. The reason why the media are negative about bitcoin is that they are afraid that the rate of it will keep on collapsing and if they will encourage the people in public to invest in bitcoin, they might be the one who will be blamed when the people lost all their money because of promoting it.

I don't see any reason for them to do such thing, I believe in media's credibility when it comes to delivering current affairs. Many of us think that medias destructs the image of bitcoin or cryptocurrency in general, but it's not. Because they are dumb and have zero knowledge about Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies. They dont believe it and think it is a scam and tells other people who know as much as they know that they shouldnt invest in Bitcoin. I dont listen to them because it is ridicolous and I get angry because they talk about something they dont know about.
