I do not think that the mass media deliberately spread negative information about Bitcoin. In most cases, they try to be objective and lead a different point of view. However, there are cases of deliberately spreading bad information about bitcoin, they really serve the government and their officials more.
We hear many rumors about bitcoin, almost in every media forum, whether it social media print media or electronic media. We need to understand that everything going on in the media at a given time has a direct or indirect relation with the community that we live in.There’s something about that particular issue which makes it important for the people on the media to talk to. The same is the case with bitcoin, we see many people discussing bitcoin, and of course not all of them will be in its favor. There are critiques too, in the media who actually try to point out the effects of bitcoin on the society. |

The media really can influence the market of Crypto-currency and the individual currency in particular. But I will not say that all media negatively relate to crypto-currencies. No doubt there are those who specifically come up with fake news, for someone's request.

 Media is become negative about bitcoin cause they want to ride in popularity of bitcoins. They create nonsense reports that will made them to become famous all over the world. Many media people want only to be known.

There can be 2 reasons either it is not profitable for them to be aware of the new currency, or they do not fully understand what its meaning is and therefore they are afraid that it is bad.

Media has strong power to charm people. Publishing negative news is one of the nacked weapons of media. Most of correspondents are flattered by western currency system. They cannot tolerate the on line based decentralized Bitcoin system. This is why they are always negative

That was pretty good question, because what I know currently, there are too many media against or giving a negative content about bitcoin but as I saw in another side which is some media also had some agreement to show an advertising of bitcoin. This kinda confussing really, but for me anything about negative contents of bitcoin I've never care.

At the time it is now that the vandalism has gone a long way. Damage to the popularity of a product, company and others. Many people hate bitcoin. Millenials are one of those, they make a mistake because they think it's not good for people. Hopefully before they get rid of the famous name, know first if they're right. Not only are they going to destroy the famous company. They are not trying. They are social diseases. |

Majority of them are bias.

Probably they intentionally do this in order to get viewers or listeners to their stations.Because whatever or whoever is trending now,they will go for it and make some fabricated or malicious stories to get the interest of the audience without even knowing the full story.I'm not saying all newscasters but majority of them are making this way just to make the stories more interesting to read. |

The media's main job in most occasions it to report on other people's words and ideas. the masses afterwards react to the reported reported speech,. this reaction can either be negative or positive, the Billionaire investor Warren Buffet for example was quoted saying,
' I can say almost with certainty that cryptocurrencies will come to a bad end'
as much as this is buffets own opinion on digital currency, his followers will be influenced by this and may make certain decisions based on this.
Remember, such influential figures might create controversies with their words and cause panic sales while they take advantage of the situation. so its not really the media as they are just the channel, its the people relaying the message.

I think the media has all the information but you know that the media will preach a thing according to who pays them. of course the government has been lobbying all the media to make a picture of bitcoin to be bad. you know minister in my country really makes bitcoin image so bad. then many media in my country also preach the same thing and it makes bitcoin market in my country also messed up a few days ago |

And those who will believe them will be a cry babies after, media is a paid publicity so people who have a lots of money can manipulate this venue, and you are correct they just or someone is behind the negative publicity to pull down the value of bitcoin and grab that opportunity to buy more because they know that after this the value will grow again and bounce back much higher. |
