Why Media is negative about Bitcoin?

As an industry insider, it is sometimes very hard to admit that bitcoin suffers from serious negative perception issues: that in the minds of many people bitcoin is still automatically linked to thoughts of drugs, terrorist financing and money laundering.

Needless to say, this has massive implications for all potential stakeholders: It slows down consumer adoption, it has regulators set the bar unreasonably high for bitcoin companies to operate and many banks still refuse to provide bitcoin companies with simple operating accounts.

All of this results in the stifling of innovation, the creation of an unfair competitive environment, and ultimately, a negative connotation for the consumer who is meant to reap the benefits of this new and useful technology.

We've spent enough time with all these stakeholders to reasonably assert that most of these concerns are driven by perception and emotion, rather than facts and data. Are there risks around bitcoin? Yes, of course - they exist in all financial systems.

The more important questions are to ask what the nature and extent of these risks are, and if and how well they can be mitigated, relative to the benefits this new technology brings to society.

if I think the amount of news about bitcoin in the media is a good thing to be a positive or negative aspect so that we do not have the hard drive for a hard campaign and we just have to straighten it wrong on the right because for me they are just looking for popularity

Other media release negative feedback to bitcoin because they want to see bitcoin decreased more the price become failed. But they have other media also that gives posstive feedback about bitcoin and that's good to us because if the media release that news they have possibility the investor will invest to bitcoin. We know media is powerful and most of watcher trust 100 percent of they hear and see.

What is the reason for doing this? Do they intentionally do this so that even they can invest in Bitcoin and make some profit?

Most of the media is controlled by banks or persons or companies which is against Bitcoin. Media news cannot be true always and there are news spread to make people panic which is actually a false news spread by Media to make their TRP high and to make their opposite entity weaken.

Always filter what is correct and what is wrong in news and we shouldn't believe what ever is spread in media is true.

Yeah I agree with it why media are spreading negative thoughts about bitcoin. Maybe only they know about bitcoin is trading they don't know that bitcoin could help the community to reduce the poverty not only in trading but also here in forum.

We all know that the mainstream media in the USA is spotty, to say the least. Reporting is almost always very biased and very rarely provides real substance. The mainstream media is very biased against Bitcoin and crypto in general, and they have been relentlessly trying to crash the market.

I think they intend to do that when the people are panic sell, they can buy Bitcoin at a cheap price.
I think it's normal because Bitcoin is famous now and many people want to buy more Bitcoin at a cheap price.

Basically, Media can change anything when they all together focus on regarding that issue, but at present situations, most of the media platform is working for the favour capitalism. negative because they want people to sell their bitcoin so they will going to buy more bitcoins in a low price and if the pople sell their bitcoin and they see it will increasing again they will buy again and it will dump again this is why some peopel and some goverments says that bitcoin is like a pyramid scheme or fraud to all people .

Yes they can easily get influence by the higher names or bigger names in the industry so they are being manipulated by the people who got money and powers and that is the result of being negative about bitcoin but if they will just become open minded then they don't need the big names to dictate them because they can still be in a good position if they will just become true to the people.

You must nt fail to see that the emergence of bitcoin is bringing with it a lot of disruption in the status quo of the way people especially the elite have always earned money. I am not surprised then that they use their might by all means possible to discredit the bitcoin's worth......
