I see a while back post #277 a user brought up the issue with your site crashing the Firefox 25.0.1 browser. I have this same problem. Thankfully your site works with the safari browser, but I would like to see this issue resolved so I can use Firefox.
Also, what is the estimated time for being verified to levels 3 and 4, I've been waiting for level 3 verification for 5 days now.
These aren't complaints, I know all the exchanges are working hard to catch up to increased demand. I'm just looking for answers.

I use firefox 25.0.1 and have no problems... tier 4 is only for companies. I guess for tier 3 u have to wait 5-14days. My bad, maybe I mean tier 2 and 3 (I was too lazy to open Safari log in and check.) I have had this problem with Firefox every single time. Kraken crashes that browser within about 5 seconds of the page loading every single time. I'm on OS X too and have no problem with Firefox 25.0.1... Try disabling your add-ons, plug-ins and/or using a Private Window. I've been waiting to get verified for more than a week now (Tier 3) so you're gonna have to wait some more time. We know about the issue with Firefox and it's being worked on, but apparently it's not a quick fix, so I don't know when it will be finished. We recommend Chrome for the time being. Verification is taking up to 7 business days at this point. If you have been waiting more than 7 business days (that's business days mind you, not just days), please send us a ticket with a title that says, "Verification taking more than 7 business days," and we'll try to expedite the application for you. But US customers should check to make sure they aren't "Pre-verified," which means you have been verified, but we haven't launched in your state yet. Yet the website still says 48 hours for verification. Should you not change this? Yes, we should. But where does it say 48 hours for verification? I seem to have forgotten about this bit of verbiage.

Question: When do monthly withdrawal/deposit limits reset? Is it a fixed day of the month or is it based on a moving sum of the previous 30 days?
Would like to know this as well. Also: I made a SEPA withdrawal 48 hours ago and my daily withdrawal limit still hasn't been reset. Is this a known bug? Edit: one hour later and my daily withdrawal limit was reset again (after approx. 49 hours). Next one that hasn't reset yet is my daily deposit limit. Currently 24 hours, 15 minutes and counting has passed since my last deposit.

Why I can't cancel a "pending" SEPA withdrawal ? It says "No Change , Internal Error". I already made a support ticket, but it make no sense to wait x days for an answer, because the money will reach my bank account on monday at the latest.

"Pending" transactions can't be cancelled. I guess that red cancel button is misleading, so it should probably go grey or something once the transaction is pending.

Okay... how about "update" ur website (regarding withrawals and deposits) even on weekend 1-2 times? That would be great for all Fidor-banking-users, because Fidor to Fidor is instant, even on weekend.

- What's the minimum amount of BTC I can sell? When I try to sell 0.007 BTC it says "amount too low".
- Real-time (WebSocket) market data would be really nice; MtGox has it and BTC-e will soon.
- How can I see the exact amount of BTC I have? Numbers are truncated in the home view.
- Why when I sell BTC, the fee is only applied to the amount a EUR I get and when I buy BTC the fees is applied to both amount?

According to the two-factor-authentication via "Google Authenticator": Why does kraken.com always display the secret qr-code when you navigate to "Security / Two-Factor Authentication"?
Isn't the point of this two factor thing that the secret should be displayed only once and then never again?
I agree that this behaviour should be changed, so that the 2FA information is only displayed during setup. However, what you can do right now is enable the "Settings Lock", this causes the 2FA information to be hidden (among other things), and requires a certain period of time to pass before an unlock request completes, making it difficult for somebody to change your settings if they gain access to your account.

Thanks Firefox simply doesn't play nice with our site at the present time - IE or Chrome are recommended instead. We are working on a fix for Firefox, but there are multiple issues, some of which seem to depend on OS. Firefox is high priority for us, but our front end developer also has many other high priority projects to manage at the moment, so we don't have an ETA on this. Just to clarify in case some didn't understand, if you can't read the captcha, just click the "refresh" icon until you get something you can read.

Yeah, I was just offering a rough description of how it's actually working - thinking of it as a limit on transactions rather than funding seemed like a helpful way to think about it. But it would be the transaction time as reflected by the transaction status in our system. I think it doesn't reset until the withdrawal status shows "success" and the withdrawal appears in your ledger, and this can happen after the funds appear in your account. But let me know if that doesn't appear to be correct.
