hi guys,

today 500 desk hashing units are coming in, so in the next 2,3 days we can assemble and ship more than 100 units Smiley
we are running as fast as possible believe me!

regarding the several question on desk turbo mode, we achieve 1.3Ths in labo, but the units become very hot fast and generate an high error %, there are still more work to do on the firmware side, to tuning volatagese ecc, next update will give you better performance,

regarding the rig, today we should finish test with the 24V, if is performing good, production will start at the end of the week

@giorgiotheclown: please accept my official invitation for a visit in our company, we will be happy to show you all what we are doing and explain you directly the status.

Why I'm writing? Guess... because I finally have good news: this afternoon I picked up my machine!
It's here, running in front of me. And it's delivering 1TH/s, as promised.

Did they explain you when you can expect compensation for the late delivery? You have to pick up another machine soon?

50 units day, but we still have some small bottleneck, like pcb factory capacity and PSU of 1500 Watt

Maybe you should explain the status to everyone directly. Still many unanswered questions.

@giorgiotheclown: you gona get to drive the new ferrari (cuffed & blindfolded, inside the tiny trunk Cheesy )

To my issues with Bitmine:

I received no order confirmation according to your tos.
No invoice, no agreed delivery date, nothing.

I asked for this several times. I asked my money back. Bitmine just explains its tos over and over again, but does not comply to them.

Now not even the specs will be as advertised, were did it say not guaranteed? Fraud.

----> I am going to the police now, and I recommend many people do the same so there is an official investigation with more state attorneys involved.

This should do the job for me:

"They offered a machine that is supposed to generate money from electricity, but they only took the money of hundreds of people and did not deliver anything. I did not even get a receipt."

Hi Gotah!

Can you comment on the dates being used to calculate CPP modules?

My rig order was paid 9 of September 2013, it was supposed to ship in December. How do you calculate how much CPP you will assign your customers? And when will it ship?

Bitmine Website:
Quote
Available in 28nm technology from 500 GH/s to 2 TH/s in 250 GH/s increments, nominal.
Hashing power of 200 / 400 / 600 / 800 / 1000 / 1200 / 1400 / 1600 GH/s in power save mode.
Hashing power of 350 / 700 / 1050 / 1400 / 1750 / 2100 / 2450 / 2800 GH/s in turbo mode.
Power consumption: from 300W (400 GH/s, power save) to 3000W (2.8 TH/s, turbo mode) on a standard 110-230 V, 50/60 Hz AC universal power supply (included).
Standard 19” rack mount case with brackets, 4 rack units height (4U)
Control unit based on Raspberry Pi board with ARM11 700MHz, 512 MB RAM and 8GB flash storage
Custom Linux operating system with Web based interface for easy configuration without any command line skills needed.
Front display with 16×2 characters

I cannot see any "not guaranteed" or maybe or best effort......people ordered because of the turbo.

So a fully populated rig with full cpp (60%) needs to achieve 4.48 TH/s

2000 posts now and the story begins to explode - I think nobody should accept less than normal CCP calculation dates from now. This scam is getting for sure land in front of the court & there are 100 points against bitmine. Their TOS is even against European & Swiss law - with that whole story now Giorgio would have it hard to go even not to jail.

Ahem...  Huh
For me too, the full rate in turbo mode was also a guaranteed property of this product. The only reason it was not the "normal" mode seemed to be the low efficiency and hence high power usage.
Hashing at low speed to save power was (and is) not my main intention these days. I only planned to profit from that maybe later into the future...

Here they say "up to", so they promised working turbo only for the rigs and not for the desks?

Currently:             8 Coincraft Desks fully deployed
Next week:          62 Coincraft Desks
Week 10:              55 Coincraft Rigs
Week 11:              55 Coincraft Rigs
Week 12:              55 Coincraft Rigs

Is this true? So they shipped just a few machines and start production for the december batch? I'm in early march batch, so my promised shipping date
would be latest 17.02.2014. This is week 12. If I look at these numbers, my expected shipping date will be something like late april or may?

If I had known that there will be a massive delay like this, additionaly no correct working turbo mode, I would have never ordered anything.

I read something about CPP here, will bitmine compensate the late shipping with additional modules? Or are there plans for additional modules for the not working turbo mode?

I don't get any usefull answer from bitmine and I'm completly confused about the status ....

we are running as fast as possible believe me!

I do believe you - but it´s still not enough for the scale of orders/backlog you guys are having.

This is a total management failure - because your joke of a CEO knows very well how important time is and always was. He messed up big time!

The truth is he didn´t care much - at least not enough because he had his bank accounts stuffed and didn´t give a sh*t about his customers.

Also until this day there was no comment - not even a f*ckin comment - about the delivery status of CC Rigs. What the hell is wrong with this guy? Seriously?!?

The turbo mode of course was not optional but a specific attribute of the product we paid sh*tload of fiat money or bitcoins for - so don´t even try to backpedal here.

Also if there is the slightest violation of the CPP we are going to sue the company.
If the performance is not as specified and we are not compensated - we are going to sue the company.

For the breach of contract (peta-mine/cryptx) we - as things stand - will have to sue bitmine anyway - again if we don´t get compensated accordingly.

The way it looks I fear that many people will NOT recieve the promised CPP but much lower amounts of moduls.

It should now be clear that bitmine will skew the contract whatever way they can to NOT have to give us much more additional amounts of moduls, other then maybe one or two moduls.

Ok, they sneaked out of the turbomode with the "turbo mode up to" word spin.

But I am not so sure how they plan on getting out of the CPP... because even when I assume the worst case, we should recieve atleast one module after a month, and additional 30% for every additional month.
