@georgem, @giorgiotheclown, @min€r, @tranquille: you are pretty much the only users here out of our 1500+ customers worldwide that are so much disappointed, why don't you very simply ask for a refund now that you have the opportunity to do so? So far we received just a handful of refund requests and I'm betting yours are not among them.

one of the best posts ever on this forum. i think giorgio has a small loss of reality...

here we go guys, next part of bitmines history of shame!

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=470386.msg5662415#msg5662415

we saw this yesterday and now there are some more INFOS

If you look on Bitmine's first three boards, you will see how they link the chips.

But you look on our first board that was made in 2013/12/20 (sample chips came out at 2013/12/28), we used ST MCU solution. Mainly STM105 chip.

So for this solution, you need to write own firmware.

After Bitmine failed to get their boards working, around Feb., Innosilicion passed our solution to them to help them out.

And if you see today's any system with A1 chips, that using one MCU solution and using comm board with 6 connectors, basically are our copycats.

what you got for the help???

Since Innosilicon needs to get their chips sale up, so they use preferential treatment and good chip price as the compensation for this.

now we know what happens with our cash and why!!!

it really would be helpful if Bitmine list the order or queue number of the desks here or on their site, at least people will know how many units were shipped so far.
can anyone confirm that the CPP is limited to a max of 50%

Anybody know what documents bitmine.ch gives with CoinCraftDesk ? I mean passport and purchase receipt ? Documents say that the unit is personal computer or special cryptographic hardware ?

Not that I'm aware off, most are September orders

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=364155.0

And it seems they ran out of power supplies

How is that even possible?

They knew how many orders were queue up. I can understand there is a delay in the custom PCB that needs a new revision or that the ASICs are delayed, but power supplies? What's next, no screws for the cases?

I'm guessing they used the power supplies in the Petamine units first. Along with the screws, so watch out Grin

when are you going ro release a update and will you fix turbo mode

or didnt you guys touch on  it yet.. i guess not...

The real delivery day is the predicted +2 months. But Bitmine support will never admit this. They will just spread out lies.

You won't any working turbo mode as advertised. What you will get for sure is a middle finger by Bitmine.

Turbo mode issue has been explained in great details in several posts so I won't enter once again into a discussion on this, if you really care to know the truth please go back and read them.

The words "up to" has no other explaination. "Up to" is "up to". So I've bought an hardware that in the specification can run "up to" a certain speed and if he cannot run "up to" you need to compensate.

Are you trying to joke with words ?

Bitmain. They actually deliver when they say they will. That's way better than shipping late with a minor speed increase since difficulty goes up way more than 10% every 10 days.
Syke - bitmine ships with massive delay and ~30% reduced hashing power.

Not Bitmine, but Bitmain. An unfortunately too similar name, but Bitmain pwns.
Yes they do pwn indeed!
Bitmain overtook Bitmine.... actually everyone overtook Bitmine - even the ones buying "their" chips.
(which of course aren´t their chips as it appears).

Guys - don´t be so sceptical just because someone has newbie status. The few stars on the left only tell about frequency of posting not the quality. He knows more hardware vendors than most of us ;-)

And yes - HWReviewer - I would be glad to see an honest review being done by you.
