Order number 19xx, payed Oct. 24th. Support estimated last week, I will get it end of this week.
I would be more than surprised if this really happens. They even couldn't tell me if my order is effected by the PSU shortage.

In fact they have never ever told anything.
It's always like that:
"we can't tell, we have problem." "We estimate something in the future." "We estimate that we can tell you something in 3 weeks" "We will have news in 2 weeks"

"We can't tell you anything" "We don't know" "We are sorry"

"Thank you for your money"

yap if you wish your miner or refund, they are stupid like hell and cant do anything...

only if you want send them money, they will work competent...

their pissing in our faces and smile...

I ordered and payment was confirmed Sept. 12th.

I was EXTREMELY Patient with Bitmine.  Whenever I would ask for a status, I was told it would ship *this week*.  Here are a few examples:
2014-02-06, I was told:
Quote
"By the end of the next week,we will ship our first orders,
Since your orders are one of the first ones I am expecting that your device
will be included in this shipping."

2014-03-03, I was told:
Quote
"I am expecting that during this week, the order will be shipped to you."

2014-03-17, I was told:
Quote
"I can understand your upset and frustration,
as I was informed during this week your order will be expected to be
shipped."

I ordered a 600GH Desk, putting me at 900GH with the CPP.  My understanding is that they are out of power supplies for the 4 and 5 unit desks, so I even asked if I was to PAY MORE and upgrade by another expansion, could they send me two 600GH units more quickly.
Today I received this response:

Dear Mr. (sephtin),

I am sorry to tell you that CoinCraft Rigs production has been suspended and will not be resumed before approximately 15 days. We understand your concern about the huge delay your order is facing, and if you don't want to wait anymore for your order to be processed feel free to ask for a refund. Also note that further upgrades and orders are suspended until we process all the orders we have. Thank you for your patience so far.

Best regards,

Bitmine AG, Bitmine.ch

Hate the trolls in these forums that have ruined any attempt at real communication we might have with those at Bitmine, but I will say that Bitmine not only has a lot to learn about supply chains, how to run a company, and most importantly how to treat their customers (IE: COMMUNICATION).

Extremely disappointed.  At this point, there is zero chance of ROI.  I don't think there is any option BUT to request a refund.  :(

They are basically saying:
"We have no Idea what we are doing. We had 3 big revisions of the Rig and it's still not working because we have no real idea what we are doing."
or

Or my favorite:
"Our brand new Vanadium Titan Screwdriver broke today due to the high amounts of screws he had to put in your Rig miners. Sadly it simply broke again. We have to wait for an ofc improved and muuuuuuch better screwdriver that is 'most likely' able to handle to high pressure of tripling the production to compensate your delayed delivery.

The screwdriver will hopefully arrive (estimated) in 15 days. But screwdrivers like we need are rare, so we can not promise anything at the moment!!!

Thank you for your patience so far.
and Sorry again we don't give a fuck.

But still Thank you for your money douche."

---------
Edit:

Even if we wouldn't troll around like we did, it wouldn't have changed anything. Bitmine scamed EVERY customer on the day we per-ordered the first device. I am sure they NEVER intended to even consider deliver any device as promised. The hole CCP is just a perfect scam. They get the money for the devices in OCTOBER / NOVEMBER and can build the miners and mine with them until late April or even longer.

Just open up your calculator and run the numbers. They could have mined so much money like KNC did and refund with +10% like nothing happened and still be rich as fuck.
The next generation miner is going to be the final step of the Bitmine / KNC Scam.

It's amazing how people getting scammed and lied super as hard as possible and still stay patience believing all this is just unlucky shit and bad management.

IT IS SCAM

+ 1 .
I think,u are spot on sir.

And be sure ..soon they will come with there next Super " chip " I think I see 2 step turbo coming  .  Roll Eyes

I don't know why they don't just buy some more then. Surely 2 weeks delay isn't acceptable to even them?

This: 1Cz1pTK8GxsJqdHQrFLWh77WwYsyqyDX3k is (one of) their wallets used when buying form them (not mining). Currently got over 4000 BTC sitting in it.

All I want is my single figure BTC refund.

1. My payment for my miner went into address (X) which then went into 1Cz1p
2. If you search this site, that wallet address is confirmed as bitmine.ch in the Avalon days

So they are sitting on $2m of OUR cash whilst not producing anything.

They should offer refunds to anyone asking at this point IMHO. It would mean those of us who want out can get out now, and those who want to stay in move up the production list so will get their desk/rig earlier. Happy all round.

I can confirm that the payment I made in end of november 2013 also ended up in this wallet.
The address I had to send the money to is connected to this wallet too

https://blockchain.info/address/1JhtQUk3vwzVvrYq4B5FJsvMcRXfcf7aQC

 Cool

The BTC was transfered away from this address to 1Cz1pTK8GxsJqdHQrFLWh77WwYsyqyDX3k

PS isn't it crazy that bitmine (and whoever is behind them) has access to millions of dollars, but seems amateurish on so many levels. Mt.Gox comes to mind.

...has access to millions of dollars, ...

It depends though...

If you look at https://blockchain.info/de/charts/balance?address=1Cz1pTK8GxsJqdHQrFLWh77WwYsyqyDX3k

Doesn't that mean that "bitmine et al" recieved most of their BTC in september 2013, and got rid of that money immediately after (probably converted to FIAT).

It would be hilarious to know that they probably sold 5000 BTC when BTC was 100 $, right before the price of BTC jumped 10x.

It's only after Nov 2013 that you see a change in behaviour, like they steadily start to hold on to the BTC they have, instead of spending it immediately.

Sorry for my ignorance but I was not around back then.
How much people paid for these September order of 600GH now 900GH mining machines. USD price.
In China you can get one 1TH miner with Bitmine Coincraft A1 chips for ¥16200 order today, local shipping covered. Ships next week.. thats about 2620$ from LKETC

Wheres the lawsuit. Bitmine got the chips, they had no skills to make miners. I think Innosilicon saw this coming.

... they had no skills to make miners....

That's the key point, that most important part of the equation.

But the reality is: IF bitmine really knew how to efficiently build miners, they would just build and use them for themselves, and just be a private mining company.
That would be Plan A, that every capable business would do.

Since they DO NOT understand how to do that, they do next best business, call it Plan B:

Luring in gullible people to sell them (with an incredible delay) overpriced machines that are barely tested .

With the money they make, they can reinvest into more capable highly expensive specialists, so they can go back to Plan A: building the machines for themselves.

People, we are just Plan B for an amateurish startup, get used to it.  Cool

Did anyone here received a desk in the last 2 weeks? Bitmine is supposed to produce 30-40 units a day. This thread should be stuffed with feedback from people unboxing right now.

Anyone got a refund at least?

Some people were supposed to visit them lately, anything to show?

Seriously this is getting depressing. Even the trolls here are getting tired to troll.

Even the trolls here are getting tired to troll.

That is so true.

As far as I know, no one has recieved any miner in the last two weeks.

Ofcourse, that bitmine creates 30-50 devices a day, and has to handle hundreds of calls and emails a day, is a pure lie.

Neither do they create as many devices, nor are they really doing any good support.
Even their email-support seems like automatic responses... like they just press a button or something.
