Even if we wouldn't troll around like we did, it wouldn't have changed anything. Bitmine scamed EVERY customer on the day we per-ordered the first device. I am sure they NEVER intended to even consider deliver any device as promised. The hole CCP is just a perfect scam. They get the money for the devices in OCTOBER / NOVEMBER and can build the miners and mine with them until late April or even longer.

What kind of amateurish company is inflicted by how some trolls behave in a forum... haha

That reminds me of those feminists who want to ban the word "bossy", ... so that those poor girls will not be badly influenced.. haha
What does that tell you about the "leadership" quality of girls that must be saved from "bad words"?

Just understand how ridiculous this is, that giorgiomassa himself told us how terrible those trolls are and how much damage they cause...

Can you imagine any professional business giving a shit about what some trolls are spouting in a forum?

I am now not ashamed to say, that I freaking love the "trolls" here, because hopefully they helped scare some people away, so that the amount of victims falling into the bitmine-trap was limited.

Sadly, the amount of trolling back in november was not "loud enough"... and the freakish bitcoin price boom made many people blind.

Did you talk to them and/or saw anything worth reporting?

He explained me the delays he had in the time with PCB and PSU supplier. Cristian has also confirmed that the next gen will be not sold as pre-order.

But he seems to work hard to corrects his mistakes and delays.

But your 400 Gh device should have no problem with PSU... They told me that only the 1Th desks need the special PSUs.

So can you look what kind of PSU you finally recieved? Is it even capable of providing the 1500 watt? Or did they fob you off with a cheap 700 Watt PSU?
Please take a close look at your device.

That's the reason I always ask for photos.

Yes, I've received a 400GH/s unit that runs at 500 in TURBO mode and is not so noisy unit. With the door closed I hears nothing.

I was much happy if I received it in January ....

I'll post some pics asap and I have not yet mesured the consume.

Ofcourse not. The next gen devices they will only use for themselves.
They made enough money and expertise on our backs.

They don't need us anymore.

Also I can't imagine what they will do to gain customer confidence back, after all this.

Please understand that we need your customer feedback, because strangely enough bitmine will not provide us more information than they absolutely have to.

Yes, I think that this is the next challenge for Bitmine.

I've stopped to be stupid and pre-order anything else.

I've an 850W PSU.

Those basta**s.

So did they give you some money back as compensation for you not recieving a full 1500 Watt PSU?
Or how did they justify this?

How else can a device that is supposed to be updatable with additional moduls run?
The idea that was sold to us was that later we could just buy additional moduls, WITHOUT having to change the PSU too every time.
So this is now another lie to add to the long list of bitmine lies. Wonderful.

Wow, bitmine, if you really didn't give this guy a compensation...then this is really low.

Can you explain what possibilities there are to set the TURBO mode.

Can you gradualy increase the value?

Can you for example say: I want 5% TURBO... or is it only at a fixed rate of X amount... (whatever that is)

I know that I'm newbie of the forum and here people doesn't listen people with less than 100 activity.

I think that is crucial to track the refund as done with the orders, I opened a thread but unfortunatey but got just 1 answer.
Until now there's no proof (just a couple of post without any proof) that bitmine will effectively refund, and I think that the 50% of the people that still waiting for the RIG will ask for a refund, so please help me (us) to track also the refund and avoiding to this scammers of bitmine to fraud us again also on the refund process.

From the web interface you can only choose "Power Save", "Nominal" and "Turbo (BETA)". Maybe from the cgminer console is most gradual but I've not yet checked.

Hello,
I had a patience, until now. Giorgio on 12th March wrote, that they are producing 50 units per day and they delivered more than 250 units. So, they should produce next 450 units (9 working days * 50 units). They can had problems with some units, perhaps -100, so it shoud be produced 600 units until now.
I have order #28xx and position queue somewhere around 450. I call to Bitmine today and their staff told me, that my units will be probably delivered next week, maybe 2 weeks. What?! How is it possible, if they are producing 50 units per day?

If I calculate with their 50% CPP - if I'm in queue 450 + 50% CPP, it's 675 units = they must have it this week. Why I must wait maybe next 2 weeks?

If they want recover delays, they must work more harder.

Pretty much my thoughts...

My order is #32** and I think I'll see the product in 3-4 weeks if I'm lucky.
