Has anyone had a rig delivered yet?
AFAIK no rigs have been produced yet.  Last week (17th April) they responded to my email request saying:
Quote
CoinCraft Rig start of production is just some days away, as soon we finish the last testings production will finally begin and we will begin to plan orders deliveries.

@Bitmine - any update on Rig progress?

Run a Bitcoin node, support the network.

soft/firmeware update ?

Dear all,

We are finishing to test the latest firmware internally, this took longer than expected because it will allow users to overclock/overvolt their systems and as such we had to make sure this won't affect the systems even on prolonged use.

We are quite confident that within the end of the week it will be released, this is the preliminary list of changes that have been done:

*) Fixed OpenSSL heartbleed vulnerability

*) Fixed web interface issues with Apple iOS-based safari browser

*) Fixed an issue with recent generations of One-Wire temperature sensors

*) Added thermal shutdown and automatic recovery

*) Added over/down-voltage ability both with basic preset settings and advanced settings, leading to an increased hashing rate.

*) Updated cgminer to latest version 4.3.0

*) Optimized cgminer's driver with up to 20% less CPU usage on Raspberry Pi system

*) Stepped back to diff-1 jobs so that HW errors will be detected earlier and the displayed hashing rate will be more consistent with the effective hashing rate

When it will be released, the new firmware will be linked here and also announced on our newsletter.

We had a shortage of high power PSUs for 1 TH/s models, so we continued to follow the queue by shipping the 200/400/600/800 models or the orders where the customer opted to have its order shipped without PSU. This may have led to some order numbers being shipped earlier than others, I'm sorry about that.

Today we received three pallets of Coolmax ZPS-1600B and next week we'll finally start to receive supply from Antec with whom we made a long term supply agreement.

Production has constantly been going further at 60 units/day and we're keeping it up, expect all desk order to be cleared quite fast from now!

I requested that mine get shipped without power supply -- that may be the reason

My 46xx order is also on its way home with FedEx.
Thats nice.

But clearance/customs billed me for 901.68 euro.
Also the desk is shipped without PSU, and Antonio @Bitmine
is talking about a $350 refund for the PSU.

But a 1500watt PSU cost here around 350 euro / 537 dollar....

How the hell can I buy a decent PSU for $350 Huh

And the CPP desk still have to come.
With clearance/custom costs. OMG!

Well, you created lots of questions.

What was your order? Order cost?
What was the price on the invoice?
What country's customs billed you 900 euros?

1TH desk system
#4667    January 6, 2014    Completed    $5,758.00 for 1 item
Shipped to the Netherlands.

Customs is a pain in the ass for packages from outside EU.
I asked bitmine to drive to the nearest postoffice across the border (60km),
but they couldnt do that.

Full priced was mentioned on invoice from FedEx.
Taxes are around 20% for Non-EU packages.

I got a Fedex tracking number today as well. My order is from September last year, order number 19xx.

I have difficulties to believe that the reason is PSU shortage. I ordered a 600GHs model. If PSU shortage for that big delay would have been the reason, why didn't they ship me two boxes? One for the initial order and one for the extra hash power due to the CPP. Otherwise it looks like the CPP caused the extra delay due to the need for bigger PSUs. Instead of protecting customers the CPP would cause extra damage due to extra delays. No matter what is true, bitmine is playing a very dirty game, and hopefully they are getting punished for that.

My theory is, bitmine holds back hundreds of units and mines with them.

I have the same problem and they put 7000$ on my invoice, f*ckers. They shipped with Fedex and that's an extra pain in the ass regarding import in the Netherlands. I have order #21xx, package is shipped today and should arrive tomorrow if import goes well. 20% yeah right. Tax (BTW) = 21% + importtax around 3% to 5% + 45 euro costs Fedex charges.

My CCP-unit will be shipped later to make things even worse... Angry If I am lucky I will mine 4 maybe 5 or 6 BTC with my 1TH + CCP unit... most expensive mined BTCs ever Grin
