What are your voltage / overclocking settings?

I had problems with one module with the factory settings, had to set to "medium turbo" in order to reach ~680 GHS with 3 modules.

Hello guys!

Im waiting for my refund for 36 days now. They dont pick up the phone. Same issue as yours.

Wtf is going on? Bitmine.ch has gone bankrupt? Since 7th of May no update on webpage. No new product no nothing from what at least they pay back the clients.

Version 1: they have liquidation problems. Paying 2-3 ppl from the bitcoin mining daily with our machines.

Version 2:  they save out our paid money from the company and thats why their phone-administrators are told to hold us by calling them next day next week bla bla bla. Or the latest they dont even pick up the phone. Who has proof that the company still exists in Camorino??

Its obviously a f*****ing big scam from the beginning because I cannot believe myself that the machines could have not delivered everybody so far. They financed their mining farm with our btc and wire transfer. Then the lucky guys and girls have received the products or refunds just so they show that they fulfill the clients. Fu***ing disgusting and unbelievable that in 2014 a company are doing this with the clients. Bitmine's boss favourite movie is the wolf of wall street I guess that how to scam the people but who the f**k cares. Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Where is my hard earned money? Prove that your company still exists!!!

Im thinking about visiting them personally...

This was on one of my CoinCraft Desk modules, which draws around 200W.

Replacing the connectors was a pain in the butt.  It took me about 4 hours from start to finish.
Whoa! Has anyone else had an issue with pci-e connectors on Coincraft Desks?
Should we be replacing the stock ones with better ones? What is recommended?

Run a Bitcoin node, support the network.

what a Problem ?
how to fix

I have faced the same problem..probably:
pre:change your model from power save model to turbo light model on your webinterface.check if it works.
1. check your PSU camble on your hash modules side, make sure plugged ok
2.check your PSU camble on your PSU side, make sure plugged ok
3.check the backplane on all hash modules, make sure plugged ok
4. check the connector for connect backplane to RPi on board, ake sure plugged ok
5.check the connector for connect backplane to hash modules..make sure it does not broken..
6. check your PSU,make sure it does not broken, you change a new one to check..

otherwise, your hash modules broken ...maybe you have to ship back to BITMINE to replace just like me

I had to open up one Desk unit at the DC because some cards stopped hashing. It turned out that the ribbon cable that runs on top of the cards was loose on a couple of the cards and just needed to be pushed down. I also noticed that the PCI-e connector on one of the hashing cards was very warm to the touch. I sprayed contact cleaner into the pins, replugged the connector and it seemed to help cool it down. That was 2 weeks ago and the DC guy has not yet called me about burning smells coming from my rack.

Is this at standard speeds, ie no over-clocking?

I can tell you for a fact that when I go and visit, I will most definitely NOT be telling him the date and time of my arrival.

I'm patient.

I don't have the issue, I've setup 3 workers per desk and they all running at about 340 GH/s in average.

Giorgio, what about those of us who can't go and visit?  You don't even bother picking up the phone or answering emails.  You are making the situation worse by not communicating.

You say we are handling it all wrong, but we've tried other ways:

Call - no response
Email - no response
Wait for days you say we'll be refunded - Nothing

Understand that you are f**king with peoples families when you keep money that doesn't belong to you.  If you get called a few names, that is nothing in comparison.  How would you react if someone did this to you?  I bet you wouldn't be calm for this long.

What you're doing is far worse than name calling. 6k may not be a lot to you, but we have very little money, and I know other folks here are in the same situation.  We need that money, give it back.
