here is my recent e-mail discussion with bitmine Kerim (Bitmine AG) Jul 01 10:47
I will ask what this money is for. But I guess it is to cover future costs of the facility in Iceland.
Best regards,
Bitmine AG, Bitmine.ch
WHAT??? Them too? Fuckers! I give them credit for the honesty however that is not relevant to their commitment to their customers with regard to systems that were purchased, which no must be refunded.. A court would have a field day with this so if you do make a move legally please save those comms.

I was in contact with Bitmine yesterday by phone. They did answer within a couple minutes. I asked them about that when I'll receive my refund, they told me they'll answer me by e-mail after checking the schedule with their accountants. This is the reply I got: Kerim (Bitmine AG) Jun 30 15:08 Dear Mr. XXXX, as you may already be aware we are facing some difficulties to process all the refund requests we have received. With this e-mail we would like, first of all, to apologise for the delays you are facing and to thank you for the patience so far. Given your position in the refunds processing queue and our cash-flow projections, your refund is expected to be processed about on the first half of September, 2014. We understand this may be a long time to wait for, as such we would like to give you some alternative options that may be available in shorter time: 1) We may restore your order and send it to you with 100% more hashing power than the original order was. That is, if you ordered 1TH/s, you would get 2TH/s. Shipping would usually take place same day or day after we received confirmation from you, anyway not more than 5-7 days. 2) You may convert the amount we owe you (including the 10% penalty) into hosted mining contracts, which will be available from August 15th. More information is available at http://bitmine.ch/hosted-mining-plans-now-available-starting-1gh/Let us know if you are interested in exploring either of the alternative options, otherwise we kindly ask you to bear some more patience until your refund is processed. Best regards, Bitmine AG, Bitmine.ch and here is an earlier e-mail from Kerim Kerim (Bitmine AG) Jun 02 16:58
Dear Mr. XXXX,
I am sorry to hear you weren't refunded. On the 27th of may I sent a note with a list of names including yours, reminding I got confirmation that those people received assurance that their payment would arrive within the 30th. On the 30th I sent another note, and only today I received confirmation that some of these people have been paid but for some reason you weren't. You may feel insulted to hear this again, but the only thing I can tell you is to bear some more patience until your payment arrives.
Best regards,
Bitmine AG, Bitmine.ch Now... Who has been in contact with Swiss lawyers already and could give me some prices and other details? You people probably forgot that Giorgio and Josh Zipkin of AMT are related (literally), didn't you? Must be nice to have miners for a 1P mining farm but no miners or refunds for the customers that built their brands. Josh, too, is selling hosting contracts and now has least a factory in China while Gieorgio will get one in Iceland. Mad yet?

More information is available at http://bitmine.ch/hosted-mining-plans-now-available-starting-1gh/Bitmine AG, Bitmine.ch After reading this thread, I was not sure to receive one day my miners or a refund. So I selected option (2), and after exchanging 3 messages with info@bitmine.ch and responses in less than some hours, last message was: Dear Mr. Xyz, Your transformation can be seen now on your order N2. From that moment contains your N Cloud mining hosting plans. I have already canceled the order N1 so you have 1 order, the N2 to observe your new order of Cloud mining. Please let me know if you need more information regarding your order.
Thanks for your interests in our products.
N2 exists, I am again happy waiting 15/8/2014 By accepting the hosting contract you are a) delaying the deliveries to customers such as yourself who piad ages ago, and b) why would the hosting service be ready on time when nothing else has been? Would you be happy if in November your hosted machine (for which you paid a huge premium btw) is still not hashing due to delays? No disrespect meant, but I think you fuked yourself as well as others here. I mean I paid $5500 for 1TH back at the start of the year, you can get 3TH for that now and not have to wait for a hosting contraxct that may not start on time in any case.... J

They send me 6 instead of 2x2TH/s Coincraft Rigs. They are all running on about 900 GH/s! I think it is better to not show you the pictures but I do! Best thing you can do is to throw them away! Is there any option for cgminer to get them overclocked? is these the RIG ? what did you get ? an why there an only a few modules -> no full rig ?=

yes, it is the "rig" ... I have repaired them and all are running on 8 modules (I think 1 module inside the rig are displayed as 2 on the webinterface) I don't know why the rig is not full. They told me on the phone that they should run on 1,1th/s ...

2 Rigs should give 4TH/s ... I have about 5.4 TH/s with 6 units but more power consumption.

I have ordered 1 CoinCraft Rig 1 TH around 6 months ago and I've just received 2 devices probably both of 1 TH each. Unfortunately, the devices doesn't turn on at all. I've tried everything and nothing seem to work. I've opened the case and ensured all cards/boards are connected properly. Still no luck to power the devices up. There is no power switch any where in the device. Just connecting the power cable. I am in USA and electricity here is 110 V.
Does any one here ran into the same problem I am facing? Any advice?
I've contacted info [at] bitmine.ch and their response was too simple and totally unrelated to my problem. They said something like: you can use your power supply!
Any help would be appreciated !

I would like to add that it is very disappointing that after having to wait for such long delivery delay I have received a couple of devices that doesn't even work! And the support was way out of scope of the submitted issue. It seems that I have to deal with the problem on my own, their support was useless !

What power supply do you have in your miner? have you tried it with a different psu? You are turning the psu on right? That is the on switch =)

That is the on switch =) There is no on switch in the default setup with the default PSU. I have disassembled the whole device to remove the damn default PSU. Just got it out now. Will get a new PSU tomorrow, hopefully will work.
