I would say that some people are afraid of Bitcoin because they don't understand it. They would rather trust banks which are said to be secure place for our money but everyone here knows that it isn't true at all. Some countries with high inflation banned Bitcoin because their citizens started to buy Bitcoin which was far more stable than their national currency. Also, banks don't like cryptocurrencies because they know that they will lose control of money. That is why they are trying to convince governments to get rid of cryptocurrencies.

Not dangerous. I would rather like to say that Bitcoin has some negative sides.
Mainly the restrictions. Many of the countries don't gave access Bitcoin. So, indirectly it's not safe. Transaction through Bitcoin may become suddenly stopped.
Again, the price is also an issue. Bitcoin price is going through ups and downs. If any one invest in Bitcoin when the price is 12k$ but suddenly the price became 6k$. So, unfortunately it became a loss project for him.
Except these there are also many bad sides also.

If the BTC is not properly regulated in a particular place, in relation to not being properly taxed, it can allow the oligarchy and anarchist to arise, which renders the Government somewhat stagnant. Can you imagine if a government is stagnant? It could not do anything but please the oligarchs? thus, whether a bitcoin player likes it or not, it should be properly regulated and taxed, because oligarchs specially the fat and greedy ones, kill many potentials of a country, and it is true that government being a unit is necessary for progress and development.
