I was pretty convinced the deadline wasn't until the end of 17th anywhere in the world.  In any case, it's still the 17th at GMT.  Austrailia is an extreme on the early side and Hawaii is an extreme on the late side.  I, personally, haven't claimed yet since this is the last month of the campaign and I might make a few more constructive posts before the end of the day.

How did you guys get paid so quick dam! i put in form first thing this morning, i guess you guys did it last night?

Would also be interested in a fixed rate campaign  

They didn't receive the payment yet they just filled out the collected payment form.  That is what I gathered from their posts.  People in different time zones apply for their payments before the deadline at their convenience, this has happened before.

You would be best suited to try and submit your payment request as close to the time that Stunna said (in his timezone).   That was the main reason that there were so many people that got skipped over for payments last time (submitting payment requests early or late)

Stunna lives in Australia so you can check his time zone on google currently in his time zone already 18 September

As hinted previously I will be ending this promotion to everyone who is not a Staff member rank on bitcointalk. Next payment will be final at least from a promotion ran from myself directly. I am considering having a third party run a signature campaign on my behalf with fixed monthly rates and the ability to use a referral link, this isn't confirmed yet though.

It would be best to wait until the end of the 17th in my opinion.  Best to wait till then and avoid any potential issues with getting payment and make it easier for Stunna.  This question has been asked and answered multiple times in this thread but good luck finding it in all the clutter.  If you don't get a confirmed answer soon you could always read the posts before the 17th of each month and look for the answer yourself.  Good luck with whatever you decide.

Referral advertising is likely going to end up being very unprofitable for advertisers while giving the benefit to PD.

I would be surprised if the traffic to PD does not decrease significantly once the sig campaign ends.

I would say that a new (either fixed rate, or Pay per Post) campaign will open up in the next few weeks, as without a big campaign PD will simply not get the traffic to their site

I wouldnt say it was an issue but more of a nuisance. But ya, people should know enough that payments are to be requested as advertised, in the case of the campaign if it were to continue, the 17th of every month.

Already filled but I can see why people would be late if they forgot about it been away for a bit

I thought it was until the end of the 17th West Coast/PST.  I've always been going buy that every month so now I just feel like a jerk.  I actually completed the collect payment form early last month but I usually try and get in some extra post in the last minute, I guess now I know..
