I have 2 pending wires at this time, as well as a few wires that came unlabeled. Otherwise, All wire orders have been updated as of this time. If yours is not showing as updated, please send me a PM with your order number, and the bank you sent from. Thanks!

1) How much time I can mine with prospero x-3 without breaks (24/7) 2) What maximum temperature it can handle? 3) What temperature is safe for the ASIC? I was a bit slow in reading this one, but really, WTF?

I received my order confirmation (.pdf by email) yesterday! besides this good news, could some Black Arrow official that lurks these boards answer my concerns regarding CE certification here: Dear Bitcoinenthusiasts and Black Arrow representives, Could you confirm that your Prosperos are CE certified ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CE_marking)?I'm asking this as i'm from Eu and as certainly alot of EU ppl preordered BA miners. However electronic stuff from abroad needs the silly CE certification to pass EU customs. I once ordered some audiohardware in China and it got held at customs and returned to manufacturer due to the lack of CE certification. If the devices lack that CE shiznit then you can expect at least a third (lets throw in some unbacked random number) of your EU customers never receiving their devices ;_; If you didn't think/care about CE certification, could you kindly visit some local market and buy a batch of CE stickers and slap em on the devices b4 shipping? Many thanks an a wonderful week! PS. Declaring the miners as gifts and adding some bogus 10$ price receipt to the parcels would speedup things too ;3 Many thanks!

The question is answered in the BA forums.

Good luck with that Keep in mind that the order number has little to do with delivery date,I could place an order today and get a number but not pay for 15 days then be put in the delivery list, others who order after me but paid sooner would be ahead of me on delivery but have higher numbers. You are betting that this is all legit, that his orders are in the Feb delivery batch and you will have a winning bid and they are already over the BA discount price. Even if this is all legit the X-3 must be going to the seller first then reshipped to you as there was no way he could know any other shipping address at the time he ordered,so you wouldn't get the units until sometime in Mar anyway. Seems like you would pay more and get them later than just going through the BA or US reseller.

So if what you are saying is true is people who sent wires when it still said 24th feb would get on the march shipment and people who paid with bitcoins later would get on the early one. I think (and hope) you are wrong

"In theory the ASICs could be overclocked up to 128 Ghash/second but we cannot guarantee this until thorough testing. This would raise the speed up to 2560 Ghash/second but will increase the power dramatically which will not be supported by the supplied PSU."
Maybe BA should have an option lets say for a $100 (or whatever the cost is) more add a 1500W PS? (just an example!) Instead of 1000W one?
Or, what are the thoughts on this?

I'm rather unsettled with the untimeliness of their communication myself. Have been waiting for a while to resolve an order issue that is stuck in a customer service morass. Something doesn't feel right with this operation right now It has certainly caused a red flag to be raised based on my experiences thus far It should not take over 22 days to resolve an order. They have a great infrastructure to take customer money quickly, but a poor one in resolving order issues in an expeditious manner based on what I've encountered so far.

Does anyone know if the X3s are/will be capable of being upgraded? I see minions are on sale, is that only for custom set ups?

Could have ordered from me and saved the trouble Hopefully we get this resolved, but according to bobsag, he does not have the wire transfer that I sent on the 16th. Apparently there is one from the same bank for the same amount on the right day, but it has a different name on it. This is very troublesome to me as I printed off the page from the minersource website and brought it to the bank when I did the wire, and my online statements shows a transfer to them for that amount. Hopefully we get this resolved, as I said its troublesome because it is a lot of money that by the sounds of it was transferred to no where. Hopefully this is getting looked into, I know I will be at my bank Thursday morning to get this resolved. My concern is that even though this was ordered before the date change, and I paid, I am not sure I will get the first day delivery because of this issue, which doesn't make it worth it to get these units. Still have not heard anything either way as to when that order would be shipped when it is resolved.
Any upaid pending wire orders will have their order placed in the Q based on when the order was places, as long as the wire was sent within 48 hours. So you and the other who have pending wires all are taken care of.

For those that bought from minersource.net from within US and BankOfAmerica... How did you wire your payment to minersource.net? Can't seems to do it online and online bofa rep can't seems to help me.
BofA kept asking me to do "account to account" transfer...
Thanks!

I think (and hope) you are wrong My post was more about the risk of buying a pre order off Ebay from a third party thinking you will get it quicker or better deal. The point I was making about payments was if I order on the 10th but don't send a wire until the 17th,you order on the 11th send a wire on the 12th,when our orders are processed you will be ahead of me on the delivery list because you paid first regardless of order number. In reality it won't make much difference as all the orders will go out within a few days of each other anyway and whether or not an order opted for hosting .

What about your cloud mining offering? When can we expect those to start working? The website says "starting March 2014". It has said that for a while now, even back when the X1 and X3 were "end of February". Are these cloud mining offerings part of the same queue as the X1 and X3: as in you go by the payment date and if it's an X1/3 you ship it, if its a cloud miner you mount and start it? I've also seen a few people mention a "hosting option" for X1 and X3 which seems to be different than the cloud mining offering (because you get to own rather than rent the equipment) - this isn't described on the website, is it still available? Thank you for your time.
Can anyone answer this?

Can anyone answer this? I can answer the "hosting option" part, this is for the X-3 on the BA site there is a drop down menu when you place an order, you can choose 5 days free or the 4/6/12 month packages. Many have chosen the 5 days free, you get a tested and proven unit when it's shipped and it has likely made you $1000 more/less before being shipped. it would really suck to get a unit that had an issue of some sort that needed parts or returned for repair/replacement.

Can anyone answer this? I believe cloud hosting means you own a certain amount of hashing power and hosting means you own the actual device but someone else is running it for you. Cloud mining should probably be available sooner than you would receive a shipped asic or hosting. It would be nice to have clarification about the cloud mining service.
