The board will clock between 40 and 80Ghs and 64 GHs with BitFury chips has been demonstrated. I ordered in good faith that I will get a 64 GHs.

I wish you and others get the boards at 80ghs! They have a single chip hashing at 4ghs, its still a long way to go. However, wish you all the best

Cross PostWe can surely do that.
We are very busy making all arrangements for the deployment of the first 20 TH/s. The design of the board is finished, some tests with a full prototype are still left to do. This is a final check that has to be done before we order all the boards. We could already order the PCB’s now, but we want to make 100% sure there are no mistakes made there.
The Bitfury chips we have ordered are ready to be picked up this Friday! We will have them perfect on schedule.
In the meantime we are also setting up our datacenter, so everything is ready when the assembled boards arrive.
We will be back with more info shortly. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=280570.msg3167570#msg3167570IOW, there's no incentive to sell products at a reasonable price, because cryptx will simply deploy those that do not sell to his mine. This is what ASICMiner and bitfury are doing as well and it virtually guarantees that products are sold at prices that will not return much(if any) profit to investors.

So IF we get these by Mid-Oct and IF they can hash 80 GH/s for a full 12 months, we MIGHT see 8-10BTC out of them?

I do trust germans to make the best decisions usually. This one was obvious bad for us customers.

Good to know. I hope burnin is at least getting a sizable chunk of money for lending them his skills It would be a shame otherwise

Burnin please say that you will also allow one Groupbuyer to also buy in bigger quantities from you. We as community dont want to deal with them in any way. And all what they want is to set up miners for there own farm. Yeah what ? Fuck them im really pissed at this stage. The only chance to get DIY for a reasonable price died with some people who does not even want to distribute miners. awesome.

When? ...or if? Does that mean that you expect them all to reach 64, but recognize that some may not? Do you have any estimates on how many may not reach this speed? Given that some may not reach 64Gh, do you have any estimates as to how many will reach 80Gh? This is important as the range specified(40-80) is so huge that it covers the distance between a reasonably priced product and a horrible value.

So it only took 5 pages for this after the announced and the not so real speed of 80Gh/s. The next thing customers should worry is the lack of the warranty for the boards. After thinking about the warranty and seeing there is none i have decided to only buy a single board with the refunded money. I wish good luck to you cryptx, but you lost me as a customer with your gimmicks.

If the board does not achieve minimum hashrate of 64 GH/s the Hashrate Protection applies. For example: 40 GH = 599€ / 64 GH = 699€ / 80 GH = 699€

Still too much money. I was going to buy at least 4. Instead i'm only buying one, to use up my 70%. Burnins products were the low cost open DIY option. Now they are premium items, with tight ROI margins.

I do not see how we can have these estimates before we have tested a given amount of boards ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statistical_proof )
