When? ...or if? Does that mean that you expect them all to reach 64, but recognize that some may not? Do you have any estimates on how many may not reach this speed? Given that some may not reach 64Gh, do you have any estimates as to how many will reach 80Gh? This is important as the range specified(40-80) is so huge that it covers the distance between a reasonably priced product and a horrible value.

If the board does not achieve minimum hashrate of 64 GH/s the Hashrate Protection applies.

For example: 40 GH = 599€ / 64 GH = 699€ / 80 GH = 699€

Shall I take that as a no?

I do not see how we can have these estimates before we have tested a given amount of boards ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Statistical_proof )

...so why claim 80 at all? Isn't this 125% of your current best result?

That's there just to make the product look better. Ignore the 80 Gh/s figure and pretend the spread is 40 - 64.

That aside, the price should have been 599 from the beginning. And you should have offered that guarantee from the very start. I asked about guarantees many times earlier, so why decide this late that you want to offer that? Did you get enough negative feedback already?

The typo of the initial contract is corrected in the motion.

I didn't find that credible either.

This seller can't be trusted.  Please be careful when dealing with him.  We had reached an agreement to use escrow for bitcoins and now he decided to back out.  This shows that his word is no good.

I was tempted to buy 1-2, but now I'll find another company to "invest" in.

You should ask for the "shipping" date, as that is vastly different to "delivery" date. The shipping date is now at least the 2nd week of October as I understand it, meaning delivery to you will likely be end of Oct.

We use FEDEX Priority International.

In our case:
Delivery to US: next day
Delivery to Europe: next day
Delivery to Asia: next two business days to major cities

so if delivery is later than these dates you'll knock another 100 Euros off I guess?  customs delays incl. in above times of course.

yup, thats my point Wink  Given the delays other companies have had I doubt it will be as smooth sailing as "next day delivery" practically worldwide. But in fact that's good for cryptx as that will be less competition for their own mine. win-win!
