hi all

just found this

We are working on some kind of way to compensate people for the delays.

and also this

Thanks for the update Beastlymac.

Anyone who doesn't receive a tracking number from me next week as promised will be compensated for the delay.

see here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=296301.msg3334126#msg3334126

and here  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=296301.msg3334083#msg3334083

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

therefore we should see some refunds/compensation for delays.  i'd imagine they produce about .007 btc a day as they are 7.5* as fast as a asicminer usb
so for a week that would be 0.049btc per week delay in compesation Huh

*edit*

To those people who want to a refund because their ebay auction has fallen through due to the delays, well unfortunetly you can't. Your payment for the USBs have been sent to beastlymac, I do not have the funds to issue a full refund.

Please do not post on this thread, requesting to cancel or refund, it can't be processed, and your message will be deleted.

I do still get regular requests for bluefurys so may be able to match your request to cancel with someone else, so feel free to PM me - but I can't promise anything.

For those getting concerned about the delayed shipping, and the difficulty rising, beastlymac has said he will organise some compensation.

See the following posts:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=296301.msg3334126#msg3334126

and

Unfortunately I don't have any more information right now.
